Ive been using these files from warpmymind.com now for ages, and most are free on there, click on the file name and it should open windows media player. then when downloaded save it. its that simple. anyway, as i was saying, thay worked for me, ok i listened all night every night (awake and asleep) through my mp3 player. you have to keep at it and not stop at all for any length of time, that will mess it all up. now im nearly incon, which was the intention. one word of warning though. only use if you can afford to be in nappies/diapers 24/7. also remember thay effect others diferently, so its down to chance. thay do sound strange but thay do work.

not really Rhezz although i only wore for the fun of it, ive become dependant on mine for a while now and ive still keeped it a secreat from them. (only cause i know i wont get any help from them) i buy from boots as well, i dont order though, i just go in there with my backpack and buy over the counter its far eaiser then ordering. theres no problems this way.

hiya CJ, it would b nice to meet with others, i think the problem is that we are few and far between. with the ladies, there are more ab\dl girls out there then you think but a huge percentage of them keep to them self's, where as men are open about being ab\dl on the forems, and in meeting places. ive often wondered how meny men\women ive walked passed in the street are ab\dl. it just makes you wonder. we will hafta arange somthing, but when and where? (remembering some ppl cant travel far) well, lets see what happens. Mike
