  1. This is the first time this has ever happened to me I forgot I was wearing diapers today. Has this ever happened to you. I was at work as usual in my van and I had done a few stops there was one delivery I had to do as I was walking towards the shop I thought oh yeah I do wear diapers. It was the weirdest feeling ever

  2. To answer questions. I'm not fully incontinent just urinary incontinence. I had a cyst which when removed left me leaking constantly. As for faecal incontinence, I am not. But a diaper is a diaper and at times I do use them to their fullest when I need to. Recently I had acute diaoroeah and my diapers came in very handy. Learned I'm lactose intolerant.

Also, my progress in this time has been at times hard lessons learned.

I've made a lot of progress in the time I've had to wear diapers. I've learned about leaking in public and how it doesn't really matter, also preparation is really important, always be prepared take diapers with you and change when you can.

If someone spots you wearing diapers be honest and say you need them and be humorous about it. I've been discovered in a cafe when my diaper was showing at the back. I just made a joke of it and shook it off.

It took some time to be comfortable and confident but it takes a bit of time, for me about two months.

  3. Wow, it has only just occurred to me that it has been 6 years since I became 24/7 dependent on diapers. Although it was difficult at first I wouldn't change my incontinence back to having control. So much better this way. Love it.

  4. Hi guys, sorry for the late reply. I had to get the doctor to come and do a home visit. Doctor says he thinks It looks like a viral infection? He has given me some powders to put in water which will help with the dehydration and replacing salts in my system. He has advised to wait it out until it stops on its own. Apparently he has two other patients with the same symptoms. On the positive side he did say I was the fortunate one because I was wearing diapers.

Before I called the doctor I was drinking just water and eating wholemeal toast. I had used about 8 diapers in one morning.not nice.

  5. Hi guys, im in a bit of a dillemma! I've got acute diaorreah  and it won't stop. I've had 7 diaper changes since this morning and I can't get out of my house to buy medication. Every times I try to get meds I step outside and load my diaper to overflowing. I'm drinking. Lots of fluids but need something to stop this. Any suggestions?

  6. Since I became urine incontinent I didn't used to go poop in my diaper but since changing my diaper every time when ineed to poop I decided that it isn't worth the agony of holding on to my bowels. I just let go and find a changing place when I can. I think for me it is more healthy and my diapers were designed for both so why not use them for both?

  7. Hi in the UK we have asda which is part of Walmart. I have recently bought a baby diaper cream which is cheap and none scented it is thick but easy to spread and it makes my skin feel amazing. I've not had a rash for an age as the cream has an antibacterial in it. Look in the baby section and see if they sell it there.

  8. it was an absolute blast looking back on it. The unbelievable feeling of being completely helpless was amazing. The feelings heightened when i realized that i had put the cuffs on the wrong way up and i couldn't simply unlock them as first planned. I sat there in a nappy and a skirt which i had deliberately fastened onto myself so that i couldn't simply slip it off thinking what the hell do i do if i cant get these cuffs off. What made it worse was when i stood up and let go uncontrollably that was when i really panicked thinking how the hell do i explain this to someone else. I stunk, and time was running out as I cant control my urine and my nappy has a limited capacity, what if i leaked? i couldnt change while in handcuffs and i would get wetter and wetter and leak more and more plus what if i needed to go more  poop? looking back i loved it.

  9. Hi guys, I have recently been experimenting with bondage and have bought a pair of hand cuffs. I've wanted to feel what it was like to be hand cuffed and helpless so I got into a cloth diaper with extra padding all around. It was quite big and held a lot. Oh just in case you haven't seen my other posts in different forums I am urine incontinent and have been for a few years. Anyway after giving myself a glycerin enema and then  putting my cloth diaper on and plastic pants I put on my onesie which fastens under the crotch to hold my diaper in place after that I got out my calf length full circular skirt and put this on as well as using a very long cable tie through the waste band to make sure I couldn't just slip out of it, also I put on a nice t shirt to cover my top half. I got out the handcuffs and locked my right wrist and then placed my hands behind my back and fastened the left wrist. I then lay down on the bed and went to sleep for about 2 and a half hours, it wasn't good sleep but was a bit disturbed. When I woke up the fronnt of my diaper was wet. I also wanted to poopbut I held it. I looked at my bedside table and swivelled around and picked up the keys.

Now this is where it all goes wrong!

I grabbed the keys and tried to put the key in the lock behind my back but I couldn't find the keyhole on either wrist. I stood up and looked iin the mirror to find oiut that I had put the handcuffs on with the keyhole facing upwards so no matter how I tried I could not get that key into the hole. Panick set in! I looked at myself in a skirt and a nappy that was getting fuller second by second. I sat down and considered my options.

Option one call a friend to help me ? NO WAY I would never live it down.

Option two, go outside to my garage wrestle with the key in the lock and possibly get noticed by the neighbours through their window. Option 2 sounded better to me.I grabbed the hand cuff keys and stood up, only for my bum to finally give way I let out a load. I was now bound in cuffs wearing a full skirt and wearing a nappy that stunk and I couldn't take it off. I went downstairs squishing all of the way and more coming out, it was uncontrollable. I looked out of the back door and saw that the neighbours must be in because their windows were open. I went across the yard and headed for the garage I managed to get the key into the padlock and opened the door. To cut this story down a bit I managed to hold the handcuff key in a mole grip which was held in a vice and I was able to get the handcuffs unlocked.

    Now for the bad bit.

As I left the garage my neighbour shouted from the upstairs window asking why I was dressed like I was? She said she had noticed me cuffed. On the spot I told her that I was trying to perfect my act and she was to swear secrecy until I had Been on television. I walked into the house and could feel my face it was on fire with embarrassment.

I stayed in that nappy for a while longer until I finally cut the cable tie and got showered and changed.

Next time I will have to buy a pair of timed handcuffs.

  10. Funny thing is rusty, my boss does know and is great in that matter. What I told my boss was a bit different from what I told the police? I told my boss that when I went off the road I must have dislodged a brick at the side of the road and it broke the passenger side window. Anyway, he bought it.

The mechanics are outsourced but work in a workshop that they set up on our premises. My boss had an almighty shouting match with the chief mechanic and is currently recouping the cost of a similar van and the costs of recovery, time wasted, ferry crossing missed, my wages etc etc. He is not pleased and has asked to see all parts replaced from now on. The trust has gone between him and the mechanics, I also found out over a pint in the pub with him he is now looking to get another firm to do the mechanics job. He said that the mechanics rent a space from him and the work is given to them ad-hoc they have no contract with him at all. So he is now basically going to stop giving them any of our work. He thinks they will default on the rent within two months and he is putting the rent up by 100%in April just to give them the hint to get out.

I've known my boss since I was about 18 we live in the same neighbourhood and drink in the same pub. He has known me both before and after my surgery and he has supported me all the way.

  11. Hi guys, got this week off work so today I'm having an in bed duvet day. Obviously nappy, and we'll padded. Just finished watching another box set. Had a diaper change this morning and a shower and I'm just about ready for another change. Loving today, so warm and so so lazy. #thisiswhatdiapersarefor.

  12. just an update for you guys. When I got back to the depot I had to explain what had happened to the van! My boss is the kind of guy that just shrugs off incidents like this but today he was asking all sorts of questions. I told him why the window was smashed, and that i had to get in to the van as a matter of urgency. He was nearly on the floor with busted ribs from laughing.

Anyway, my van breaking down like this has led to the mechanics being placed under scrutiny because it looks like work that had been charged for on the fleet of vans had not been done but had been charged for. My van was supposed to have had a new cambelt last year but it looks like the belt was ancient and not even touched. This is what caused my van to destroy itself.

  13. Hi everybody, I've just had the day from hell. I don't hide the fact that I drive a delivery van for a living and tody was the worst.

I set off from the depot and headed up the M6 motorway, set the cruise control to 60 and ended up in Scotland on my way towards Stranraer to catch a ferry to northern Ireland. However all did not go well. I had just come off the motorway and was heading along an A road when the engine made a crack and the rear axel locked up, the back end skidded into a shallow muddy ditch at the side of the road before I had chance to drop the clutch and free wheel.

Anyway I was stranded, the engine was completely totalled. Don't know what the hell has happened but it is going to probably need new engine, possibly a new gear box and rear axle.

As advised by my company I stood on the side of the road waiting for the pick up truck from work to lift my van and get it back to depot, anyway in a bit of a panic I exited the van out of the passenger side and the wind  took the door and slammed the door shut. Our vans have an automatic deadlocking system so I was locked out in the freezing cold, in a nappy which I had changed about two hours ago and I was getting cold. I was informed that the lifter from our depot was going to be about 4-6 hours as it was on the other side of the Penines lifting another vehicle which had been smacked into.

I was in a bit of a predicament as I usually keep my changing bag in the van and I had no access to it. I stood there for at least an hour and was when I got the chance feeling my nappy to see when I was close to needing a change.

I've driven this route many times and there is a quiet lay by about 30 miles towards Stranraer where I usually have a change before waiting to board the ferry but I was nowhere near there so I took action, I went into the bushes and looked for anything I could break the passenger window with. Anyway to cut this story short I found a rock, actually half a brick and used the corner to break the window. I got I to the van retrieved my keys and went into the back of the van to get changed, I was just taping up when there was a banging at the rear doors with a voice booming Come out or we will be forced to open the doors and send the dog in. It was the police, somebody had seen me breaking the window of my own van and called the police. I taped up very quickly made myself decent and opened the door only to be immediately placed under arrest for trying to steal a motor vehicle. I examined to the officer that the van had broke down, it was immobilised and that the wind had locked me out. Now here is the difficult bit! I then had to explain why I had to break Into my own van and why I didn't open the door immediately. The officer was very understanding but I bet I will be talked about at there local police station for some time to come.

I didn't get to Ireland and ended up back at base having to do the same journey tomorrow in a different van. I was hoping  to be back for the weekend but that is out of the question now.

  14. Hi guys, I gave cloth a go for the day and surprisingly they were a lot easier and better than I first thought. The absorbancy was adequate and I managed to get changed in the van. Only difference was the heat, I got a lot hotter in the cloth and had to use more nappy cream than normal. I bought some plastic bags to put the used nappy in until I could launder at home but to conclude I thought that if disposables do vanish off the market then I would manage with cloth but they are bulkier and more fuss than disposables. On the up side my fears about lakes have been put to rest. I didn't leak one all day.

However I do think the news article is a bit knee jerk. I think it will be many years before we see the end of disposable diapers.

  15. I for one use diapers 24/7 and am in employment. I drive for a living and find that the use of disposable diapers is by far the best option for me as i have to change while at work and often do this in the back of my van. I can't imagine trying to change a cloth diaper in these circumstances! also, on a practical level the bulk of a cloth diaper as opposed to the bulk of a disposable is far greater and i feel that to use cloth diapers I would be less able to move freely to do my job. I do use cloth at home when I feel like a change from diaposables but i find they are a lot more bulky and for me really only usable as a night time diaper when i am not moving about a lot. Anyway, I think i will try to use a cloth diaper tomorrow to see if i could manage to do my job as well as i do when in disposables. My fear also about cloth is leakage around the legs. I constantly dribble and my diaper becomes gradually wetter, if there is no sap to absorb and lock away that pee then im sure sitting in my driving seat i willl leak. anyway i will take extra clothing and my disposables as well just in case.
