I got mine at the door... I have lockers as well. Sometimes my USPS guy leaves them right above the locker though, but this one they didn't. Maybe cause it's Priority Mailed.

I ignored that signature a few times, but just looked at it now that you mentioned it lol.. it's hilarious!

I've had the pin hole issue a couple of times, but my biggest issue is still their taping system. I don't understand why people are fine with using duct tape, and all kinds of other solutions. Find a better diaper, there are a few out there.
