i think you meant higher violent crime rate, america has one of the lowest gun deaths and violent crimes, unless you count the police who shoot people then the number goes skyrocketing. Please people if you are going to argue with one another please know what you're talking about.

On the topic at hand...
This looks to be a case of 'Going after too hard of a sentence.' It's similar to what happened with Casey Anthony: They went after murder instead of neglect, and so she got off.
Similarly, nobody in this case was assaulted. Someone was accidentally pushed down by a swung open door. It may be breaking and entering or harassment, but it's not assault.
Maybe they'll get it right the second time!

There's no 'automatically assuming' to be done, or does "The court heard Mr Miller had drank half a bottle of vodka and Mr Gray had consumed eight pints of strong cider on the day of the incident" not count? And forgive me for sounding 'insipid' (hint: that's not the word you were looking for), mr straight white Christian who's had nothing to worry about but his money all his life.

^ I agree the fitted briefs are really comfortable. Id only wish they would make an actual overnight version with padding up to the belly button andaand actual super absorbency.

Homer and Marge were looking for guardians, incase they died. They went around town and a gay couple told him they had already adopted a baby. Out comes what looked to be a military guy in a bonnet and a diaper. He tells the gay couple he needs to go back to his unit, then he gets pinched in the cheek and the parent says ohh I think someone is cranky. The scene was awesome

I do not agree tha Tena maxi is a thick diaper. Dont get me wrong it absorbs just as good as the next preemium diaper. But its really not that bulky.
