Hate but it always happens not cigarettes, not smoking but the smell of cig smoke.

First change your diet. Then exercise, increasing the amount gradually and making sure you variate. I was a big'un, then I changed. I went from kebab and chips and playstation every night to cereals, fruit and 3 mile runs every night. It takes time though mate, you can make a dent in 3 months but keeping it consistent takes alot of time and effort. Start by making little changes and increase them every week. Don't crash change becuase youll do more harm than good.

Anyone had a relationship with a co-worker? How did it go? Biggest mistake ever or best move in the universe? Me and a fellow co worker are getting on very well...very well indeed. Teres a bit of an age gap and a gap in our working positions but we get on really well. And whether its harmless flirting or not comments about meeting out of the office keep cropping up. But the whole work thing...ahh. Anyone lend a comment? Would like to mention we are self employed

Sounds harsh whichever way you look at it. Do they not even have a sare or like lost box they could have raided for her? Or at least called some family asked if someone could drop off a spare shirt.
