"May May, look at Daddy," he said, gently turning his girlfriends face towards him.

"I was only yelling because May May was doing something she shouldn't," Andy said.

Right away Andy crouched down so he would be the same height as his shorter girlfriend, so he could talk to little May face to face.

Andy realized over the sizzle of dinner in the pan that he hadn't heard May May humming or whistling like she usually does.

Andy walked slow to make sure May wouldnt fall, gripping her hand tight so she knew he was holding and that she was safe. He took May to the kitchen, and gave her her toys and her coloring book, putting them at her seat. "Sit down at the table ok? That way Daddy can see you while I cook, ok May May?"

Andy picked her up right away and rubbed her bottom. "You're OK May May you just fell on your tushie. That's why you have your diapy so you have something soft to fall on when you try and walk like a big girl. Daddy will walk with you so you don't fall again ok?"

"Ok sweetheart we can go make din-din now," Andy said, kissing May on the cheek and helping her to her feet. "You want to help or do you wanna play while Daddy cooks?"

Andy hugged May tight and laid down in the bed with her after her diaper was on snug and secure, seeing her blissful smile big behind the pacifier. This was no fake smile, she really was that happy, and he knew it. And he was happier than he'd ever been too, he realized. He felt her curl up so close...

Andy had rarely seen such pure joy from May as he did when changing her into a clean diaper. He wondered how long it'd really been that she's known and how much stress she caused herself from hiding it, because this May was so happy all the time! He smiled and blew raspberries on May Mays stomach before taping her up into a lean diaper, seeing her just explode with happiness. "All clean!"

"Well that's why Daddy keeps May May in diapies, isn't it?" he said with a smile, carrying his girlfriend to the the bedroom and laying her down on the bed for a change. He put Mays pacifier in her mouth and went to work wiping her clean and powdering her.

"Yup cause that means Daddy gets to take care of his May May," he said, feeling her cling to his body. May was strong and independent and this side of her was so different yet very much the same: little May May knew what she wanted the same as big May. "And I think May May likes going tinkles too..."

"Ooh May May, you did a big tinkles," Andy said with a smile, feeling pride that his girlfriend was so readily using her diaper, a pride he never imagined he'd feel. "Daddy needs to change his May May!" he said, gently tickling her side as he picked her up...

Andy beamed back, nuzzling her head into his chest. As he did so, he patted her diaper to check it like the bestest Daddy in the world would. Only a bad Daddy would ignore such a simple but loving gesture...

"You did! You're my smart little May-May," Andy said, cuddling her into him. "Daddy got the best little girl in the whole world!"

Andy smiled. "Awwww I thought I had a good spot. May May is good at this," he said, standing up to let his little girl tag him.

Andy kept silent behind the tool shed as he hid from May. He knew he couldn't hide too long, as little May May would get frustrated easily, he thought. So afte a few minute he started giving more obvious hints like stumbling about and rustling is hands One leaves.

"Ok sweetie. Go face that tree over there and count to 100." He smiled and put May down. "And noooooo peeking!" He said with a chuckle. When May was ready, he went and hid behind the tool shed.

Andy came back to the holly bush hearing all the giggles, and leaned over it. He saw May and picked her up. "Gotcha May May!" He said, kissing and tickling her. "I found you sweetie!"

"And one hundred," Andy said. "Come out come out wherever you are!" He started looking around the yard, and heard a little giggle. He kept looking around even though he could see where May was when he passed by the holly bush. "Hmmmm May May is a good hider," he said playfully.

"Okiedokie artichokie," Andy said, and put his hands over his eyes leaning against one of the trees. "Okay May May, GO!" he said.

"We can do that sweetheart. But we have to have a couple of rules. If we play outside, we stay outside, one. And two, no going outside our yard," Andy said, leading May by the hand to the backyard, watching her waddle with a smile, waking like a little girl wearing a diaper, unsure and unsteady yet confident.

"Of course May May. What kind of Daddy would I be if I didn't let you play?" he said with a smile, kneeling down to help her put her shoes on. "So what do you want to do outside, my little May May?"

"Daisy, bedtime is one of Mommy and Daddy's rules. And it's an important one because babies who get lots of sleep are happier," Leah said, trying to comfort the girl.
