I too miss the plastic back.

A nylon/lycra wrestling singlet works for me.

I posted the same observation a while back. They do seem to be better made. I really like the three tapes. One must remember you get what you pay for, and you don't pay a lot for these. I wear diapers for fun and enjoyment when I can. I cannot be in one all day so these suit me fine. On rare occasions when I do have the day to myself I use Abenas or my Tenas.

I do like the balancing act in the middle. TIght fit.
