    I use apple cider vinegar for acid indigestion. I haven't ever gotten the runs because of it though. It help your stomach digest the food, and calms your stomach. However I imagine that if you drank too much it might cause diarrhea.

    I love the noise, it reminds me that I am wearing a diaper. I have found that the Tranquility Slim line diapers are very noisy, probably the noisiest diapers I have ever worn
