So has anyone had experience with ABU since they went under new ownership? If so is the quality the same or did it drop? Also, how's the turn around time from when you order to when you get the product. I'm interested in trying them out but would like to hear people's experience first.

Does anyone know on average how fast their customer service gets back to you when you send them a message? I ordered a pack and didn't realize that the free shipping didn't go to PO boxes until I looked at the shipping info section. I messaged them saying I screwed up and needed to change my order. Also if you put on the special instructions that you will pick up the package at the Depot will ups honor that? I can't have them come to my house due to not wanting my family finding a box at the front door.

Well I haven't heard from anyone else about meeting up so 1130 will work fine.

Friday can work, as for where meet in the middle of the court where the raised seats are located. Does 12 work for you or do you need a bit earlier? I have to something at my job til 11 or so it will take me about 10 min to from my job to the mall.

I might be willing to meet won't be for a few weeks though between work and family I'm a bit busy. It's also easier for me to meet during the day time due to said family (my diaper life is not known). Let me know if that works for you. I live in League City, been here for my entire life (29 years), I'm on the west side of town closer to Friendswood.

Can anyone tell me what kind of turn-around time ABU has when you order within the US? Want to order a pack of cushies but need to make sure they wont show up while my family is in town. For example I order them on Monday any guesses on how long it would take them to show up?

Besides store brand any suggestions as to "Big name" companies that make cloth style (Tena, Abri-Form etc...)? Or is cloth a sort-of taboo in the world of higher quality diaper manufacturers? If so I may look into going with a plastic covering after doing some serious researching.

Can you name a few of the major ones out there that are cloth? You don't need to give me any reviews of them since I can read that on the main DD page and also other sites.

Those are the one's I am referring to but they don't have to be a tear-apart pull-up I wear these due to the fact that they are designed better than the maximum protection ones. Whose tapes are horrible and can't ever be adjusted after the initial fastening (which I always need since I can never get it on tight enough on the first try). So with that said any suggestions?

Hello all, Forgive me if this has been asked before... I'm currently a depends adjustable user and I'm looking for a good replacement that I an get at a local medical supply store. What I'm looking for is something with more absorbency and better tapes BUT with an elastic style/stretchable waist band. if you could please give me some suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
