I'll 2nd the rec for Gary Manufacturing. I have their regular and "active" PUL briefs. Of 4-5 brands and multiple styles, Gary Mfg is hands-down the best, IMHO MDL

That's awfully steep, but if the durability really is that much better, it might be worth it at some point. I still have about 6 pair of the latex ones from AC. That should give me a year or so before I care

Scuba dry suits were my inspiration when I went looking for rubber pants. They're often made of a tri-laminate material and have latex seals. Something could definitely be made, but that's well beyond my (very solid) DIY skill set. MDL

When I bought them, they were sold by AC Medical, who's since sold off to RearZ.

Ok, time for an update, and this is an interesting one

I have several, including (2) 12ga shotguns, and a .45. I carry occasionally, under a valid concealed pistol permit. MDL

Count me amongst the skeptics, but... Apparently (after spending some time on Google) external sphincter dilation is a known medical procedure. It's used as an alternative to, and for the same indications as, sphincterectomy... I still have a hard time making the leap to finding a doc willing to do this given the relatively benign symptoms given... Sphincterectomy, stents, and apparently dilation, are usually only used to protect the kidneys from extreme urinary retention.

Inconito, you're experiences may well be different than mine, but I suspect cathing at night may be counterproductive.

What procedure did you have at the local medic?

I think I was 11. We took a family trip with my Mom's boyfriend to my Grandparent's place in Florida. My mom didn't want to share a bed with her boyfriend in her parents' house and with her kids present, so I had to.... Except I still wet the bed... Nightly... So they bought me the original Depends Belted Undergarments. They were complete crap. I might as well not have been wearing anything at all. Oh the embarrassment. A couple of years later I bought my first package of Attends with paper route money. It was winter and I wore a ski mask so the clerk couldn't recognize me, lol. I had to walk home (about a mile) with them. Fun stuff, lol. MDL
