I wear abena x-plus with a tena serenity ultimate pad this get me about 9 hours but on long trips I wear a abena x-plus with and abena abri-san liner that I take and slice the backing on it. I wear a pair of underware with all of this to hold it up. Then put plenty of baby poweder on me and in between the abena xplus and the abri-san. I also keep a travel size bottle of baby poweder with me. Then with in 5-7 hours if I get a chance I will remove the abri-san and put on some more baby powder. A few Notes: The under wear will help keep air out of your diaper thus help keep the smell down to a minimal. It will also help keep the urine on the padding and not on your hot body too. Do not eat anything that will make your urine stink like coffee or asparagus Drink a log of water a few day before your trip this will help you clean your system out and lower your oder. If you do smell a little just put on some more powder just remember that if you put to much on you could end up with power mud. If you do not have a supply of abri-san the just double up on your diaper. or buy some pampers size 6 use one as a doubler and take one with you to switch out. the down side of pampers is they will only give you 2 extra hours. the down side of dobuling up and a abri-san as a insert is it may make you walk funny. Depending on the situation depends on where or not I will put holes in my abri-san or second diaper. If I know I can go and take one of the off after 6-8 hours then I will not put holes in it but if I know I have to wear for a full 12-16 hours then I will put a lot of holes in the second diaper or abri-san Practice wearing two diapers or a diaper with and abri-san before you go on your trip so you know what to expect. I use the diaper 24/7 for number 1 but most of the time I use the toilet for number 2 Not very often I do number 2 in my diaper it make to big of a mess to clean up.

I have been partialy incontinence (over active bladder, wet my self some times) for most of my life and now fully incontinence in the last 8 months (just pee). Even though my friends know I am incontinent but at times I find it hard to talk to them about it. Its such a big part of my life. About all I can talk about it is when they say they have to go pee I say I got to go and change my diaper. There are time I will go and change not because I need to but because it is a convenent time to change and I know that it will be a long time befor I get to change again and I want to let my friends that hang out with me to know this. Or I want to ask them if my diaper is showing. or if I smell bad because I can not smell my self or other things (whole other story). or if I start to repsition my self on a chair because my diaper has buched up wrong they look at me funny I want to say its a diaper thing.. or if I have to pull up my diaper just tell them my diaper is falling off. things like that. I have had incontinence for most of my life and just recently become fully incontinent. I just wondering how many people joke with other about there incontinence? I some times use it as a way to cope with it and kinda make it a fun thing. Like I have a friend whos 18 month old baby just loves me when I come over. I always say to them you know us diapered folks have to stick together. I hang with one of my friends quite a bit and he know my condition. we were waching a movie one night at the end of the movie he said that scared the piss out of me and I said yup and now I must go and change. I hate public restrooms so on long trips I double up on my diapers (tear a hole in one and put on another) and when I ride I ride with a friend and I tell him that when he needs go to the bathroom just let me know because I will just drive until I need to feed the car with gas. he tells me that he needs to go to the bathroom. So I do at a truck stop or some place like that to let him go when he gets back he ask me if I am going to go to the bathroom and I tell him am right now. anyways I keep on rambling on about this. how do you cope with incontinence in front of others? They are my diapers, I place a few clean ones on the corner of my bed for easy access. I am thinking that if they where not there I would not change or I will just wake up. who knows. maybe I need to experment with this.

personaly I would by a wii and a 360 wait a min..... I did.... Wii is a blast.. the PS3 does not have a lot of games out for it yet and most of the games coming out for it are available for the 360 which looks just as good on the graphics. I am getting over from being so embarrassed. I have been a little incontinent since a car wreck when I was 16 (I am now 36), then a few months ago I had a very bad bladder infection and been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. I also have some other health problems but I am not going in to all of that. Anyways after everything I am now 100% incontinent (being a ab/dl I like it this way) . Right now when I tell people I tell them everything then when I get up to telling them I am incontinent and have to wear a diaper, I studder around it before telling them. How can I just tell them? I know that there are some people that just dont need to know, but I am in a business that puts me at peoples houses and there business for several hours at a time and I have to change. It has become very inconvenient to tell them I have to leave for a while. Just to go change back at my house or office then go back. It would be more convenient for me if I can change there. I see the same people all the time so some of these people have become my friends. I want too tell them just incase I have an accident at there place I can explain it to them and the fact I would not have to leave to go change and come back. Some of these people I am there for 8 - 16 hours at a time and If I did not have to leave I could cut that down by 2-4 hours. Therefor it have become a hassle for me not to tell them. But, I have not found it to be easy to tell them. If I can tell them I can feel more open to them and maybe even joke about it every now and then. For example, I was at one of my clients houses and there grandkid loves me he is 18 months old and one of the first words he leaned was my name. When he is not there he misses me according to his parents. So I told my clients us diapered people have to stick together. Well going on. I just find it difficult to confront them for the first time after that I am fine. I would just like to see what others have to say about this or if they have had the same problems telling people. Has anyone done this? I have waken up to find my self in a new diaper with the old diaper setting next to the bed. I changed my self in my sleep. I dont know how I do this but I do. I dont sleep walk I dont snore. I am a quite sleeper but every now and then I when I get wet at night I some how change my self in my sleep. bizzar huh?

I lost part of my bladder due to the fact that the car seat and the stearing wheel pined me down and damage my bladder and some nerves. My bladder rumptered and infection was the cause of the removal of part of my bladder and spincter. I have 100% anal control unless i have diarrhea but that is like most people for control. I have about 5% control of my bladder. Strange is if I lay down on my back and side I have a little more control and if I have an erection I have about %50 control. I can lay in bed with out protection and be fine until I get up and boom I lost control. they say that I can get surgery to give me contince but I will have to use a catheter everytime I need to go I told them no I will just stick with my diapers. I am use to them now 20 years latter and whould hate to change my situation. I love the fact that I can go on long trips with out having to stop heck I have to stop more for my car to fill it full of gas than I have to stop to change. I look at the positive side of things. I tell my friends that drive with me that just tell me when you need to go and I will pull over. Or I can work strate 6 hours on my computer with out having to go to the bathroom. I see... Thank you for all your help with this. I think I have told my friend enough information. Now in the last few days I have come down with a huge bladder infection and with that I have had bladder spasms I am at the tail end of this. But my doc has me drinking a insain amount of liquid for the next 4-7 days. I generaly can wear x-plus with extra dobler in to get me about 8-14 hours of wear. But now I am only at the most getting 4 hours. My friend under stands that I am having to have to change a lot. He has been very understanding over this period of time. I do go over to his house quite often. Would you think it would be intrusive of okay for me to ask him if I can keep some of my diapers in his bathroom just incase I need some and forget some? He knows that I have a diaper bag that I take with me to my office and other places from time to time. Once again thanks for all of you guidence, Diaper Mike

another note about why I wanted to tell them.. I am tired of changing in the bathroom as quitly as I can and sneeking in and out a diaper. I like to change on the floor or on a bed I think its easier and make a better fit when doing so. I also want to just bring in my diaper bag to change with.

I am just wondering what everyone keeps in there diaper bag? Here is what is in mine. Baby powder, Lotion, rash oinments, rubber gloves if I can wash my hands after words. two diffrent brands of diapers, A disposable bed/changing pad and a resusable pad I use for changing on most of the time. and a pacifier for just incase. All of this is in a black messager book bag. and some baby wipes, bags to put messy diapers in and diaper dublers. So whats in yours? or is there anything I am missing in mine? Diaper Mike

I think I am coming out of my shell telling people about my incontinent but I just have not found a way to tell them about my DL AB life. Anyways I told my friend that I have know for quite some time. I figured he already new but not for sure. I told him last night and he was said, will I new that you had some kind of problem but you never said anything I just figure you will when time was ready. And then he just went on with going off topic about it. he said everything to me like it was no big deal to him and it did not hurt his felling about me. (no I am not gay). But its a big load off my chest by telling him because we spend a lot of time together doing things all the time and now I dont have to hide my incontinent to him witch has become a very hard to do with him. We went on vacation with eachother awhile back and I thougth I would have to tell him then when we get a room with eachother but we got a room that had seaprate rooms witch was very cool. I know abri-san x-plus is a pad but its the same size as a medium Abri-form xplus diapers padding. But is it me or is the abri-san x-plus a little thicker? Also has anyone used the abri-san as an diaper stuffer? or any comments on the abri-san? Diaper Mike

update on my situation - She already knows that I am incontinence and that I am okay with it. When I told her we exchanged a dark secret between eachother my is incontinence and her well she told me not to tell anyone so I am keeping my prommise but it has nothing to do with any fetish or to do with sex. I have told her a few time that I have to go and change. I have told her that coffee make me pee stink but I like coffee. She has never known that I have been wearing diapers until I pointed out to her. She is completely comfatable with my incontinence and the fact that I wear diapers. I think she know that I put on baby powder. I thought I would start putting on some baby lotion when I am around her to see if she is comftable with the smeel of a baby around me. What do you think about this? I have put together a little better diaper bag so I can take it over to her house. In my bag I have diapers, baby powder, baby lotion, a disposable pad, a resuable protective bed pad, and my favorite pacifier. I am in hopes that she will dig though it one of these days. She did tell me when I told her about my incontinence that when she had every one of her 3 kids that she had stress incontinence during her pregnacy. And one of her kids is mentaly challenged he wetted the bed until he was 10 years old. So she fully understands incontinence. She has been maried twice and both of her husban were abusive to her and her kids. I think she sees that I would never lay a hand on anyone of her kids and to her there for I think she will put up with my incontinence in trade of having someone nice in her life. Oh one other thing she is a nurse/scrub tech at the local hospital too. Now a little about me... I am manly a DL. In the last few years I have become AB. I have always liked the smell of baby powder and lotion and that hole baby smell. A few years ago I read a little story about a DL that went out and bought some toys and a pacifier and a bottle and just over night became ABDL and I thought hmm. So I went and did just that. I love sleeping with my stuff toys and my pacifier. I just recently got me a onesies and I love it so I have ordered me some more. it does help me keep my diapers up at night and my hands out of my diaper at night. I do have a little bit of control of my incontince. if I sit with my penis up I will hold a little urine util I get up. the same with I sleep if I have an erection in bed I can hold a little urine for a while but for get it if I get up. The doc says its because I pinch off the ureathra tube when this happens. Anyways now you know a little bit more about me and her. Now how can I tell her? I will keep you posted on this.. Hello all! - I have told my girfriend that I am incontinent. I have become incontinent from car accident when I was 16 Iam now 36. And to boot I was not potty trained untell 3.5 years old and I still was using my paciffier until I was 4.5 years old and my brother and sister thew them away for me..
