So I'm starting to get into messing my diapers, but I think I need to invest in a diaper pail. Is the diaper genie a good purchase, or should I be looking at something more commercial-grade? I really need something that with keep the odor of messy diapers out of the air in the room. I'm open to any suggestions you guys have. Thanks so much.

So I use Attends diapers, but they are not really good enough for holding large messes, let alone large amounts of pee. I really need something top of the line. I'm looking for a diaper that can hold a nice big mess without leaking #2 out the side. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Same here too. Attends used to be good a long time ago, but they suck now. I go with better, and more expensive, diapers

I just wet my diaper. Just changed into a fresh one. I wear the Attends Waistband Style diapers. They are the plastic-backed ones with three tapes. I took a picture of what I am talking about with my phone and uploaded it to photobucket, because, for one reason or another, I couldn't post it here directly due to the image size. In the picture, towards the front of the diaper, you can see that there is a break in the padding. I don't know if this is due to the fact that I wet so much that the weight of the padding was too much and so it broke off and sort of sagged/clumped, but this is what I'm talking about with reference to "clumping."

The problem of a weaker bladder may occur with 24/7 wearing over time as you would tend to pee more and more often thus reducing the bladder capacity. Likewise, peeing at the slightest pressure will weaken the sphincter over time. It is however unlikely to render you completely physically incontinent, merely reduce your control, especially at night. HOWEVER, the psychological component

Hi all. So I'm not incontinent, but I have been wearing diapers fairly regularly since this summer. However, I will wear my boxer shorts while I'm working/not at home. I wear diapers all the time at home and to bed every night. The thing is, I feel as though I am starting to slightly lose control of my bladder. When I wear when I get home, it is easy for me to let myself pee now. Before, I was very pee-shy (not sure if that's a term/phrase?), but over the Fall and Summer I can rather easily let my bladder empty its contents into my diaper, hardly even thinking about it. The thing is, I DO switch between diapers and boxer shorts every working day. I've noticed recently that I sometimes will leak a little bit of pee into my boxers when I have to "go." Is something like this a common thing when someone wears (and uses) diapers for a prolonged period of time?

some better diapers don't do it as bad as the attends, but eventually they all tend to fall apart at some point, I stopped using attends a while ago as there are much better diapers and even some that are better for a similar price

So I've been using Attends brand diapers (the higher-end ones with the three tapes on each side, plastic-backed, with waistband.) They hold a decent amount of #1 and #2, but I noticed that if I'm walking around while wet, the padding seems to slide down to the bottom of the diaper, making it impossible to wet later on without leaking. Is this padding sliding exclusive to Attends brand diapers?

Did you really expect to find genuine people on Fetlife of all places? Fetlife is where I go to find people who wanna get nasty for a night or two. The REAL WORLD is where we find humans to date. Go to a Starbucks.
I'd never used online dating/get-together sites before, and I thought that fetlife would be a decent place to start. No, I didn't expect to find the love of my life there. I've met plenty of real people in the real world before -- I simply thought it would be less awkard meeting people via online websites. Yeah, it's too bad the women I've met have turned out to be complete flakes. I guess I'll just stick to "real-world" dating from now on. I think I've just come to the conclusion that it's extremely rare to find a genuine relationship through these online dating sites.
Anyway, thank you, everybody, for the constructive posts. You live and learn, I guess.

I've used FetLife for months on end and actually met up with a couple of people in real life. Unfortunately, both women were really flakey. While I understand that I've only had a couple negative experiences, and that this doesn't necessarily mean that everyone on FL is like this (they're obviously not), I'm finding it difficult to meet anyone.
A couple of things I've noticed:
- Women tend to be really superficial and discount personality, et cetera.
- It's more difficult to find dominant females into ABDL; most of them are subs, I've found.
- When you do come across the profile a woman who seems completely real, and propbably is, 9 times out of 10 she is taken.
Another problem I have is the fact that I'm inexperienced. I've dated a decent handful of women, but haven't had sexual intercourse or been in a relationship with someone who has any kind of fetish. This, I feel, also turns women off, as they don't want to be with someone inexperienced.
Lastly, I consider myself to have the personality of a switch. I don't like to give up control altogether, yet am not at ALL dominant by nature. I guess you could say that I'm more of a sub than a dom. The problem is, it seems like female ageplayers looking for a "Daddy" figure in a relationship want someone who is dominant/aggressive. Again, I'm not aggressive by nature, and this has given me problems in terms of finding the right person. Likewise, it seems that a lot "Mommy" figures want most of the control and, again, I don't want to give up all of it.
Has anyone else had similar experiences. And not just with fetlife, but with "real-life" dating, etc.?

Thanks. This cleared everything up for me!

I hope that by "Ajax" you mean the dish soap and not the cleanser. You should wash anything before its first use. They sell bottle and glass cleaning tools and brushes. B e sure to rinse it thoroughly
Yes, I meant the dish soap.

I have a baby bottle that arrived in the mail recently. The bottle hasn't been used, but I'd like to wash it and know how to wash it after it HAS been used. To thoroughly wash the bottle, is it okay to simply use ajax and water to clean?

What are the best/most popular sites that sell AB pacis and bottles with NUK 5s?

Personally, I believe that it all boils down to this (from the perspective of a completely straight guy):
If she really loves you, she will accept you. If she doesn't accept you as you really are, she might not love you.

I've observed that, throughout the year, my desire to wear diapers varies from virtually zero to "I need to wear 24/7 for days." moreover, these desires vary on a daily basis. Has anyone experienced this?

I'm absolutely fed up with myself right now. Three months ago, I gave up smoking cigarettes - permanently, I hoped. Today, though, a craving for one overcame me and I capitulated. I subsequently made a beeline for the trash can and tossed the cigarette, after extinguishing it. Anyone who is or has been a smoker knows full well how difficult it is to quit completely, but that's still no excuse. I'd appreciate any advice. I've been really stressed out lately, so maybe that's been contributing to these cravings.

I, too, felt the same way. The first AB/DL website I came across was DPF - I'm sure most users here were familiar with DPF - and it changed everything for me. Unfortunately, DPF is gone. *sigh* Lots of great memories there.

Does the wittle boy need his diaper changed?
Yep. You got it. hahaha

Whenever I hear a woman say "diaper" or talk like a baby, it really turns me on. I have no idea why this is, but like it nonetheless.

Hey, it never hurts to ask.

Personally, I believe ABU's Super Dry Kids diaper to be the best replica of all the 1990s diapers. During the early '90s, nearly all baby diapers were plastic backed, cushiony, and had a plastic-like tape with designs on the front end. Moreover, the cottony padding encompassed the entire diaper. What's more, ABU has included the BabyFresh scent to its SDK line, which is amazing. In your experience, has there been a better 90s baby diaper replica? Aside from the Bambino diapers, I can find no better.

OK- I needed to start this. I consider myself a "reformed Republican". I voted for Reagan and bought in to the whole party line of minimalist government that Nixon, Reagan and others presented. Then the GOP changed, and wanted less regulation in the business world, and more regulation in my bedroom. They sold their soul to the Far Religious Right, and it turned me off. Now it appears the Republican Party had also sold out our entire country to Big Banks, and wow did we get f^&*ed!
Fast forward to modern day, and I am seeing and hearing more from Ron Paul that makes sense than from all the other GOP candidates combined. He has answers for all the tough questions that appear well thought out, and while I do not agree with him on every issue, I do agree with him on all the Really Big Issues.
Anyone else feel this way? Who is your Hero come 2012?
I generally share your opinions.
Ron Paul, for sure, but I don't know if he's going to be able to make it all the way.

So, I'm considering signing up for a fetish site. I haven't done any online dating, and never recall sending my picture to anyone (I'm not hideous, though. lol). With that being said, I'm sort of nervous about putting my picture out there. I'm sure that it's highly unlikely that anyone I know will ever find me or steal my pic(s), but it's definitely a concern I have. I figure, hey, if I'm going to meet anyone, she is going to want to see some pics of me first. Has anyone else had similar concerns?
Diaper pail recommendations for messy diapers?

This looks pretty good! A little pricey, but it's something I need, so I'd still be willing to shell out the money for it. Yeah, I'm just wondering if anyone has their own diaper pail at home and what brand they use. Thanks @mosdefaz for the recommendation!
