When I order my caths I get them from here ... http://mediquip.co.uk/ ... Uk delivery, arrives concealed and if you ask for a fast delivery it is a day or so depending on timing LSD

IMHO A catheter, lube and something to catch the urine is about all you really need if your immune system is strong to start with then help it along with some extra Vit C or high vit C drink. If your immune system isn't firing on all cylinders then I would be tempted to look at the options of near full clinical sterilisation before and during and keep the catheter system closed (use a bag). ah well so much for the modified cath, tried to give it a go and yeah about that ... couldn't get off the starting block with it, so now i'm all nappied and cathd up for the next few days and that cath ain't comming out in a hurry, even if people come round its staying in this time LSD

Yes was looking at that and going to try it out next week when I have more time and not as many people around the house oh and gives me chance to buy tome plastic/rubber pants

It went well, not killed myself or left myself in pain which is a good start. Think I will need to find some heavy duty nappies / diapers and some proper water proof covers. I feel sorry for my bladder now when I do wait before going to the toilet. Will deffinately be doing it again though

Yesh, I made myself a rule to go with the clean bit, no poopy in nappy when cath is in.

Hey all, I finally did it, went for the plunge amd got myself a foley catheter (only 14fr) I was planning on going 24hrs with it in, any suggestions/advice apart from keep a spare nappy to hand! I don't have a leg bag just nappies for it to drain into. LSD

The day has come to put that cath in and loose control, if it goes well then the skies the limit

I've been very naughty, put a Tena Slip Maxi on last night before bed and still wearing it now ... I did add another one over the top of the first when it got to the full stage and poked a few holes in it so it could seep through There goes another nice warm wet feeling and the bulge gets bigger -
The thing is in the UK Saturday deliveries are common for most products, including washing machines down to CD's and computers. This is why it's bugging me - I just can't find an online store for nappies / diapers. LSD

Here's a question thats bugging me at the moment, anybody know of any good on-line suppliers that will guarantee Saturday delivery? I'm looking for a reliable supplier for heavy use overnight nappies and so far it's either "1-2 business days" or "light incontinence only" Any help or ideas? LSD

I'm in a thick combo of diapers, made up of 2 x pampers size 6+ active fit 1 x pampers underjams (sides have split) 1 x Tena pull up (to hold it all in place yup it's thick and very cozy, amazing how much i miss the real thickness between the legs Will have to get myself a good supply of some real thick diapers soon -
thanks for the tips about gompels will take a look at them, always on a look out for a good price in these times

are they a snug fit or a tight fit around the legs? do they leak any at all? more importantly so you sleep on your side or your back and do they leak?

I've been seeing a lot of adverts for tender adult nappies online, both daytime and nightime, has anybody else come across these or even tried them and have an opinion on them? I will soon be going padded overnight out of choice once I have got some things in life sorted and looking for a good, comfortable adult diaper that I could trust.

Well I think I got lucky at first with the underjams - I see what you mean by the side splitting now - I only need to look at the sides in the morning and they are falling to pieces but they are the best for holding a good couple of floodings from what I have seen

I've just treated myself to a pack of these Pampers Underjams after being very disapointed with the huggies version. I found the underjams fit much better and hold a lot more without leaking what do you guys think? anybody know of a better pull up?

If i could get my hands on proper diapers I would wear those every day of the week, but I have to put up with pull ups most of the time (when i can get away with it)
