My suggestion is that  you are store an encrypted virtual drive that contains your stuff, not your stuff "in the clear".  Your service provider does not have the keys to decrypt your file.  You do.  To them,  the file just looks like a random binary.  They CANNOT scan the contents.  Usual caveats apply:

    - You are using a passphrase of moderate length and complexity (12 chars or greater, mixture of upper case, lower case, alpha, numerics & special characters eg: Il1k3myD1p5!

    - you didn't give the volume file itself some attention-attracting name (like "diaperporn.tc")

Also, I would suggest that an encrypted volume in the cloud is a BACKUP and not your primary source.  Cloud services are often free and therefore fragile.  They come and go.

I guess if an agency decided to throw a super-computer at your encrypted volume to brute-force your password it could (after a VERY long period of time - many years) succeed but at the end of the day, you're not actually storing anything illegal (right?), just stuff that could be embarrassing for you.

Sounds a good solution! The concern was just that they could scan your contents and say "that's porn" (as per Tumblr...) and shut your account, and it would be annoying to lose everything (along with perhaps "vanilla" other files!) But an encrypted backup, as you say, would prevent any chance of that.

Have you considered "hiding in plain sight" using a virtual encrypted disk?  They sound more complicated than they really are.  They are pretty easy to use.

TrueCrypt is an open-source oldie but a goodie:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TrueCrypt

Suitably encrypted, you can safely back up your virtual disk to cloud storage.  If you want backup, those backups need to be in physically different locations to be effective so a copy in the cloud (onedrive, Google Drive, whatever) isn't a bad idea.  They can steal your drive but with strong encryption, there isn't much they can do with it.  If you are especially paranoid, it includes a feature called "plausible deniability"

I've always wondered if there are any rules about storing "adult" content on cloud drive services which could lead to your account being closed and files lost as a result? Always think it's safer to use local offline storage for that reason!

The other day at work one of my coworkers mentioned that she hadn’t been able to get to the toilet and she was busting as we had been really busy lucky for me I didn’t need to worry about needing a bathroom break.

Did you say to her "Luckily, I don't have that problem"? ;)

Also, I refused to call it "adult underwear." I'm an adult, and I'm wearing a diaper under there, dammit!

Stupid society getting all worked up over me wanting to wet my diapers rather than pee in the places designated for that purpose ... ?

Yeah, diapers are an equally valid form of "adult underwear". Lots of adults wear them!

Still, you talk about "peeing in the places designed for that purpose", well, peeing in the underwear designed for that purpose is an equally sensible choice!

Drylife are mainly white with a wetness indicator and I really really like the texture of the super shiny PE backing however they don't have the landing strip so you aren't able to fasten multiple times hence why it's good to have the electrical tape in the unlikely event of messing up one the tabs.

They don't have a landing zone but they have double tapes, meaning you can remove the white tape from the blue one and refasten it (only really works for one adjustment, though).

30 to 40 years ago there were a lot of wingfold single tape disposable diapers.  Curity, Ambez, Wings, Hooks and others I can't remember.  To be slightly punish, 40 years ago adult disposable diapers were still in their infancy.  Like Cruiser said, they were about as absorbent as a paper towel, but also back then people weren't as open about incontinence, light bladder leakage and needing to wear protection like they are today.  I'm sure these old diapers filled some type of need back then, way before incontinence products evolved and adult diapers became what they are today.  For a novelty or just to wear without using they might suffice, but as an actual usable product for incontinence, it would almost be better to just wet your underpants rather than rely on any of these old wingfold diapers to keep you dry.

Yeah, I guess fully incontinent adults back then had to wear cloth nappies and plastic pants, which would be so obvious and impractical they would rarely leave the house.

I am in total agreement with BettyPooh, as can say from first hand experience, how bad it is to wet your pants in an airplane or airport terminal (there are times in each case when you can't leave for a toilet when needed).  At the very least, wearing some pull ups is recommended, easy to get on and off when using a toilet, and very discrete.   Even while I was able to get over my UTI  that caused these accidents after some time, the lessons learned while traveling will never leave me.  As they say in some of the TV adverts from days past, "Never leave home without it" in my case protection for my weak bladder control.

Yeah, and if you're concerned, a full diaper is safest, when you're in your seat on a plane nobody is going to know (or care).

When your urine incontinent it's like having the fossa on dribble all the time. There's no
    Flooding.

There's different kinds of incontinence. People who do leak constantly probably have less issue with nappy leaks, as long as they remember to change. Urge incontinence, on the other hand, results in sudden, full bladder emptying - more like the continent AB/DL's habit of just using your nappy as a toilet, except that they can't stop the flow if they feel a leak is about to happen. So people with urge incontinence do sometimes say that their nappies can't contain the rate at which they flood them.

That said, fit and positioning is everything. You need to be weeing into a "channel" and not out of the leg holes or waistband. Experiment to find out what works for you, anatomically.

  9. I have found sometimes when I've been wearing nappies a lot then I get increased urgency when I'm not wearing one.

I've put it partly down to the fact that when you're in a nappy, whether you're holding it for a big flood or just wetting little and often, the time between deciding to relieve yourself and actually doing so is only a matter of seconds. Maybe make sure you're positioned right to not leak, but otherwise, you just do it. Whereas when you're out of nappies, you make the decision to go and then have to actually walk to the toilet... but you've got used to said instantaneous relief. Cue bladder to brain, "you said I could go, I want to go now!" Resulting in urgency or, potentially in some cases, an accident.

She uses a pull up style last I knew. Conversations are very limited really because there is not much to say really. It’s not like the subject comes up often

Just wondered given the fact you wear diapers yourself, which must be a fairly unusual thing to have in common between non-elderly family members!

3 members in my family for sure. Both my elderly parents & my daughter due to complications having her first & only child. It's far more common than you may realize

Does your daughter actually wear a full diaper, and is it permanent? Is she comfortable talking about the topic with you?

  12. Yeah, I guess there is crossover potential with incontinent people who find they can once again have a bit of fun with their underwear, instead of only being able to wear plain medical diapers... the absorbent capacity of them is likely to be an additional benefit.

ABDLs have always visited medical supply stores to find adult diapers, so they must know that market is out there as well. "Are there really this many completely incontinent people? And a lot of them young?" "Well, actually..."

  13. If you wee for 45 seconds in any sort of pull-up it will leak, they're not generally made for "hold it as long as you can then let go". You need a high absorbency taped nappy for that. Try Tena Slip Ultima (Active Fit if you prefer plastic backed) or Drylife Super.

I imagine a woman wearing diapers will leak less than a man wearing them as their wetting is more situated in the middle.  I would be curious to hear from some ladies.

Although I guess the flip side of that is that a woman can't direct the flow towards front or back as easily, she will generally wet in the same spot, so her nappy is likely to leak in the middle without any of it getting right to the front (particularly) or back...
