I'm incontinent of urine 24/7 for 29 years following a spinal injury. I wear diapers 24/7 and have bowel Incontinence about once a week. I also receive Botox injections into my bladder since 2014 but more recently it has mostly stopped controlling my neurogenic bladder. My urologist does not want me using external catheters and only diapers to manage this chronic neurological condition. I will have an InterStim trial late Spring 2017. My wife says stop meddling with procedures and just get back to managing with diapers including wearing cloth diapers 24/7. She's a RN and treats me like a child or a submissive little boy. She even requires me to wear bibs at meal time too. So I guess by default I'm a sissy with a Dommie Mommy
