The whole thing seems pretty far fetched to me too. I'd like to see some documented evidence of this. Please quote some sources.

Nervous as a cat I seem eh? Maybe the fact that I am baring myself for the world to see has something to do with it. Next time I'll just try to picture all of you in your diapers. That should calm me down some.

I've never really had embarassing moments while buying diapers. Once when I was living at home our new beagle puppy got into my room when I wasnt aware of it. All of a sudden she goes running through the house with a used diaper in her mouth. Fortunately nobody really saw all that well before I grabbed it and threw it away.

I've wet while sleeping perhaps 3 times in my diapered life. Twice I was wearing but once I wasn't, oops. I've probably had 10 or so occasions where I woke up and just peed while in the position I was lying in. Normally I have to sit or stand up to pee when I wake up at night. It always an awesome feeling to wake up wet.

I have found on older bags of Attends that the wetness indicator prety much doesn't work, or that it takes a really long time to change colors. Perhaps he chemicals involved break down over time?

I would personally check the box. Just be prepared to wear a diaper to bed every night, whether you want to or not. Your roomate never has to know that you aren't a real bedwetter. Just keep in mind that if they think you are and they know you wear diapers then they might have questions if you decide not to wear for a night here or there. Unless of course you stop outright at some point. Just my two cents.
