So I guess this is the end of our beloved Agent Double O Size 7s?

Just wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with IBS? I am thinking I might have it, but havent been to a doctor to confirm. I was just wondering what the symptoms are, and how you deal with it? I am continent for the most part except when my stomach throws that temper tantrum Mostly my BMs are normal, but like I said every once in a while I get the quickstep, to the point where if I am not in a restroom in 5 mins, its too late. Now given my job as an OTR(Over The Road) Trucker that can be difficult. Also could be contributed to the food at some truck stops as they are a bit less than satisfactory. Anyway was just wondering what yalls thoughts were on this. Thanks in advance.
