That sucks. So far so good on my case I ordered size large dated 12/21/09b. Hopefully bambino will fix this issue. Sometimes their uneven quality bugs me. The plastic has always been inconsistent. I had a case when they had the wavy tapes that would split in the back that was lame. The last two cases before this current one have been great. The jury Is still out on this one only used 3 diapers so far

when abu puts out a quality product, I'll take a look. everyone is oohing and aahing over their new look diapers(including me). Once people realize they are thin, have no waistband, and aren't quality they'll go back to bambino. Bambino sells not just because its cute, but because its a quality product. Its more than just a costume diaper like abu.

in this video on YouTube from the pampers lab they explaint that the holes are to trap fecal matter. Weird huh? I think it also helps absorption rate.

The problem with Abu is there customer service. These look great and I would love to buy some, but I don't know if I would ever receive them. Abu has ripped off too many people in this community for me to support them at this time. Maybe when I hear more positve feedback I'll take the plunge. Another thing I don't see a waistband so that is a negative. And also with the pampers cruisers look on these, I can't believe I'm gonna say this, I would want them to be cloth backed. Just a dl perfectionist I guess. They definitely have me intrigued though.

so adrian likes bambino. great. so do i. they do listen to their consumers. Anytime there have been problems with the product, and there have been many. (plastic issues, tapes). they have listened to feedback, and corrected them. Their customer service is amazing also. I really can't name any other diaper company that has listened to our community as much as bambino. sure they started with secure xplus, I was a fan of those before bambino came out. yes the differences may only be a sticker, but the prices are now identical for secure xplus and bambino. for a while i was worried that the product was going downhill, but every case i get they keep tweaking things for the better, and adding products that only enhance their existing products. bambino/secure are a great company to deal with, and I will continue to support them because their product works for me, if it didn't i wouldn't care. bottom line great product great customer service they only diaper i wear now.

Tried the bambino booster pad last night. I'm impressed. they puff up nice too. I'm definitely going to order some. Can't wait for the new product.

i myself like the refastening zone. I tend too like my diapers on tight, and with my body shape ( carrying a few extra pounds, the diaper slips a bit and I re-tighten it. All diapers tapes fail sometimes, but I have fewer problems with bambinos.

Maybe if it were blue or pink but the green sucks I'll stick to their other product bambinos

I imagine that all three diapers secure x plus, bambino, and cuddlz are all made by the same plant in china they probably sold some to secure/bambino and some to whoever is behind cuddlz l I know that secures and bambinos are Chinese because the box mine came in had been refolded and it had kanji written in chalk on the inside. I would be a little suprised if bambino renamed their product for Europe I would think they would like to be recognized as the premier Ab diaper worldwide. Perhaps the name bambino was already trademarked in Europe since it is Italian

I miss the blue myself, but the diapers are still great, very comfy to sleep in. conveinent too since i just got out of the hospital after an infection in my leg and surgery to remove one of the metal plates in my leg.

i just checked one from my last order to one I got yesterday. The waistband is a bit different not as wide or stretchy, the tapes are definitely different, plastic is virtually the same, less crinkly maybe? as far as the cut. not on the two i compared they were identical. i check my bambinos everytime because they have had a lot of variation in runs. I think this run is pretty consistent, although i don't like the waistband as much, and the tapes feel weird to me. that being said performance wise these are top notch. Most people wouldn't know the changes, i'm kinda ocd though. don't worry fellow bambino fans, these diapers are excellent.

i know what you mean. i listen to metal and i used to play ice hockey until i shattered my right leg. did i ever think if my metal/ice hockey friends only knew. yeah sure. but in the end metal is about truly being yourself and going against the system. what's more against the system than listening to loud music and wetting a diaper! besides some metal dudes could really use a diaper from time to time. ever seen lamb of god's first home video. Willie their guitarist got drunk and shit his pants! be he wished he had a diaper on! there are a lot more metalheads than you know into this fetish. i'd be more ashamed of getting caught listening to rap then diapered. throw up the horns, and tape up the diapers! i've noticed that the new bambinos are a bit slow to absorb. i've had a few leaks when I have a big wetting. mostly in the am. i don't sleep wet, but I stand up and wet, sometimes not slow enough i guess. the diaper holds it all and then i go to lay back down and it immediately leaks because the liquid isn't absorbed all the way. it seems to be not that the bambino couldn't hold it, it just didn't absorb fast enough. kinda frustrating since in all other regards bambinos are so superior.

dude bambinos are back! i just got a case with the new liner. the plastic has been changed back to what it was prior to that crappy run in july, and the tapes are back to what they were also. although they seem stronger and better adhered to the diaper. the waistband is much better also. comparing the two diapers side by side their nothing like each other except for the taping panel. If you hated the recent runs of bambinos like me, now is the time to get back on the wagon. Bambino obviously listened to our feedback and righted the ship. the new liner is supersoft and the diaper once again has that great bambino feel to it. Thanks bambino for listening and returning your product to its proper place as the best diaper you can get in the USA. Please don't ever go back to the crappy stuff you made in july.

I have had some bambinos split. most recently every one i wear to bed from the case that was made in july 08. It's just a slight tear like 1 inch. so not a problem. However the plastic is what stretches out for some reason and then tears. its like my butt puts too much strain on the weakened plastic. beleive me i've tried everything taping it looser and it didn't seem to help. but when I wore a bambino from the other case i got before no tear and no stretch. the plastic from the case before was better. definitely a change in plastic. I'm suprised you haven't noticed it adrian? i haven't gotten a clear report from these latest runs. I hoping its better, i love everything else about these diapers.

don'tknow yet my last case was from 7/30/08. i would guess until we use up that stock there won't be any new stuff. Aside from the slight thickness difference and the plastic everything else is ok. Are the current secures that bad?

i think people are just upset that the quality is going downhill a bit. Hopefully its just a bump in the road. I'm with witch and pete on the plastic being different on the newer ones. I had one rip on me , but i'm thinking it was the way i was sitting on my couch. I've had a diaper do that before sitting the same way kinda between two cushions. in defense of the bambinos though I've had an abena rip too. the wavy tapes seem to be doing ok for me so that's good, but the thinner plastic is kinda lame. I hope my next case returns to the better plastic and the thickness returns. I still want to support bambino due to the awesome customer service and the fact that they made such a neiche product. great diaper bambino just keep up the quality please.
