  1. Things are certainly getting interesting, and Maddy is learning something about herself that will definitely affect her mindset going forward. It may still happen, but given how they explained that they were both bedwetters, and with Grace being one herself so long, they probably assume it's genetics and are not giving it much thought.
  2. It's pretty fascinating to watch Maddy come up with so many plans, and then run into another barrier.
  3. I can only imagine what her plan is, but it's nice to see the family being so supportive for what they think is a real issue.
  4. Well, now the cat is out of the bag for both of them. Since Grace is a former bedwetter herself, I wonder if anything Maddy does will tip her off that she's faking it?
  5. One of my favourite things about your stories is how there's so much else going on aside from the main plot that it really makes the world feel alive.
  6. The irony isn't lost on me. You had a whole story about a girl who couldn't help but wet herself, and now this one was, at least at first, about a girl who struggled to do the same. Looking forward to the aftermath of this, but it seems poor Maddy really underestimated her plan.
  7. Great chapter. The sister being a former bedwetter herself will certainly cause some complications if she ever finds out. The way the parents handled it, however, means something would have to go pretty wrong for that to happen.
  8. I agree completely. The story hit home for me on several levels and I'm glad to see how it all ended here for Sarah. I just finished "All my Girlfriend's Rules" and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It was perfect closure for the characters.
  9. Even so, MW is right that some people would just see "teenage girl being diapered" and view it as something that it's not. Better to be safe than sorry. That makes perfect sense, and I am glad you did end it before going too far. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the start of a new story the same day this one ended. You spoil us lol
  10. I wondered how long it would be for a new story to follow. I guess the answer was "no" Can't wait to see how this new adventure pans out.
  11. Glad to see the story reach it's end. It's been a great ride, and I'll definitely be checking out the sequel and your future stories, as well. Thanks for sticking to it all, MW. I'll admit, even with the sequel, it'll be difficult to leave Sarah and her friends. We've been with them for years and it's bittersweet to say goodbye to these characters.
  12. The way things had gone, I had assumed she couldn't be "potty trained" again, although with her diagnosis yet to come, and now having a supportive family that won't shame her for accidents, I fully understand her wanting to at least try again. Really looking forward to the end of the story, as sad as it will be to see the end lol. The title of the sequel certainly makes me wonder now... can't wait to read it all. Thank you for sticking with this until the end.
  13. Yea, stress isn't easy for anyone to deal with, let alone a 15 year old girl. It's gotten for her, but she still has such a long way to go, but now, finally, she understands her friends are there for her. Can't hope for better.
  14. Yea, Sarah is going to need her friends to fully come to terms with things, and maybe that will lead to her being completely open with her therapist. Sara reading all the missed messages of Lisa constantly trying to reach out, even sending jokes and memes... That broke my heart.
  15. Looking back, you're right. Even though she was told not to equate being diapered with being a baby, the fact she seems to plan trying to "be a big girl" using pull-ups makes it obvious she still feels they're linked. There will be an inevitable failure of it. The one thing the therapist didn't know was Samantha's influence, but Lisa does. I remember that MW said it would be revealed why Lisa changed her mind on Samantha, and perhaps a breakdown from Sarah is what brings it up.
  16. It seems like Sarah is afraid to be babied because she's worried she can't switch back? The therapist could help with those feelings but it seems that Sarah would have to talk about Samantha for that door to open, and it's completely understandable that she won't. But she's with a caring family now, and can finally begin healing. The sleepover in a week may be a huge turning point for Sarah, maybe that's when she decides to come clean with her friends in full. It makes sense for her to want everyone to be together first, so she doesn't have to tell the story more than once to them. She's told the story enough times as it is.
  17. Sarah is a good person. Even if she decides not to continue being babied, I can't see her getting mad or treating Samantha any differently. She did think about Samantha's situation specifically many times, and not once was there any hint of resentment, other than Sam's ability to decide when she wears diapers. Of course, that was before Sarah accepted her need for them so it wouldn't be an issue now.
  18. This is what I'm most interested in seeing, both here and in the sequel. Sarah's determination to stop running and move forward in her life is very optimistic. I also wanted to say, I forgot to bring it up, but I love how Sarah's mom fell for the classic blunder of trying to cross the border into Canada while being a wanted criminal.
  19. That's fair, it was easy to miss. I actually had to go back and re-read it to make sure I did see it. Well, the upside is Lisa has the baby stuff she keeps for Samantha, so if Sarah does want to continue being babied, she has access to stuff and someone who would take care of her out of kindness and not hatred.
  20. It also mentions a "now familiar" exit off the highway. If they went to Wisconsin, nothing would be familiar to her, but Sarah had been to Lisa's house several times.
  21. I really love these chapters that are essentially entirely Sarah's thoughts. Other people are there, but it's not about them, but Sarah and how she feels and what she's thinking about. I'm pretty sure she's choosing to live with Lisa. A big focus on this chapter was Sarah deciding to stop running, and one of her biggest regrets was "running" away from her friends. There is an argument that not going with Emelia is another form of running, but there's nothing to confront there. Her sister has been manipulated by her mother too, and she needs time away from Sarah to either forget, or grow past seeing her as a baby. If Sarah went now, she'd have to face not only Emilia treating her like a baby sister, and possibly Emilia blaming her for their mother being sent away, but also complete strangers who don't know her and are now forced to deal with an incontinent teen and a toddler that views herself as the big sister to her. On the flip side, she has a strong support system with Lisa and her family, plus Samantha and Desi. She was so frustrated before that she got angry at how everything was going that she literally ran away from them. She's had a lot of time to think, and a lot of time to regret it. Even if she's only here to say goodbye before leaving to live with Emilia, she's still running away. Sarah needs to stay and confront her friends, and give herself the chance to truly forgive herself and accept their help.
  22. Honestly, I'm just glad that you've gotten to the end at all. So many stories never finish, or end abruptly because an author gets bored. I appreciate all the work you've put into this for all these years, and while I'll also be sad to see it end, I'll also be glad it does. I'm looking forward to it all.
  23. Lisa seems mature enough to understand that if Sarah turns out to be medically incontinent, then choosing to wear diapers is the right choice and be accepting. The real issues are with Samantha. Sarah thought about how being a baby meant no stress, and it took being regressed for months for her to realize how stressful her life had been in. On some level, she liked that part of it. Her mother's abuse is awful, but this could be something like finding the good even in the worst situations. We don't know why Samantha likes it. She claimed she didn't understand why either, but that private chat with Lisa either brought the truth out, or uncovered it for her. Either way, she enjoys being babied for her own reasons. Meanwhile, Amanda and others are telling her that she should not be acting like a baby at all, and even disapprove of her choice to wear diapers. Of course, they don't know the test results yet and when those come out, depending on what they are, they may ease off on Sarah's decision. Jane and the therapist tell Sarah that wearing diapers doesn't make you a baby, which is the idea that her mother successfully instilled in both Sarah and Emilia. However, she also seems like she wouldn't judge Sarah for how she felt about it. Sarah has to accept it's okay to be babied, because the alternative is that Samantha is wrong for wanting it and I doubt Sarah wants to think that about one of her best friends. Even if Sarah never acts like a baby again, I hope she at least continues to accept, or even better understand, Samantha.
  24. I was a dumb freshman too, don't worry lol. I agree though. Maybe her mother was jealous because Sarah was smart and successful at school while she wasn't? One thing I've learned is that her mother apparently never spoke about herself, except the one time she told Sarah she used to be a bedwetter too. Sarah didn't even know where she worked, and she knew nothing about her father other than he died when she was a baby. That goes along with her controlling nature. Not telling Sarah anything she didn't deem important enough and Sarah being raised in such a way that she never questions it. I know MW said we wouldn't see Sarah's recovery in this, and that would be unrealistic, but I am hopeful for closure with her friends.
