I've been (kinda) 24/7 for a month or so now! Currently trying to become bladder incontinent, still considering if I want to try for bowel incontinence in the future though. I say kinda 24/7 because I tried wearing regular underwear in public a few days ago just to see how it went, and I'm pretty sure I wet myself without knowing. I'm starting to get to the point where I get scared when I'm not wearing diapers and I'm just slowly becoming dependent on them, which is fine with me! ?

I'm currently 24/7, so I always wear in public! Although I usually only wear adult pullups just so its not obvious to others around me that I'm wearing. I don't like to completely expose my diaper outside unless its around my house, in that case I like to do it just to get a bit of an adrenaline rush from time-to-time (I live by a moderately-busy road so I'm sure at least one person has probably seen me in diapers by now lol). I wish I had a backyard or something just so I could expose it outside and not worry about anyone seeing, but it's alright.

I've noticed a lot of ABDLs from central KY on here, but I'm curious if there are any other (active) ABDLs on here from the eastern part of the state, more specifically the southeast? Sometimes it feels like I'm the only ABDL from around this area lol ?

Hello fellow babs! I'm a random diaper lover from the decent state of Kentucky. I've had interest in ABDL for a while, but I didn't start to really get into it until I turned 18 a few months ago. In terms of interests, I'm really into video gaming and studying topics I like (I'm a bit of a nerd ?)
