My ID says it - I poop into my panties -- every time,  because my poop belongs in my panties. I prefer to be constipated (yeah, I know that's different), so that I have t his huge bulge that pushes my panties nearly off me. Problem is, the wait time is soooo hard to do; it takes me about 9 days to work up a good one, longer if I can... Unlike many of you, I don't have the sexual side to it. I like and focus on my poop, and the sensations (especially when constipated), and I always put it into my panties - that's it.

I am married, but he wants no part of my 'accidents'... so I am still alone with it.

You will ask, "How did it start for you?" Well, I was about 10, when I began to hold the toilet paper under me to catch it. Sometimes, I even touched it. Later, I would wrap it in the TP, and put it into my panties to see the bulge in the mirror. After that, I began lining my panties with the TP, and stood before the potty as I pooped into that. I think I was 11 when I stopped using TP.

Through my working career, my marriage, and all other phases of my life, I always seemed to find a way to fill my panties in less that (what some would consider) normal situations. I even did it once in the middle of a big casino. Almost had to get into a crowded elevator.

How far have I come? Well, I like to synchronize with others in a public way - never really together (them where they are, me here), but in similar environments, then at the very same time (taking time zones into account) we poop while standing or walking slowly, and at the same moment. I used to take a break from my work, and go down into the big hallway downstairs from my office; I would walk along and poop, and then find a bathroom where I could clean up and dump the poop. I sometimes had some very long walks before I found one. These days, I often do it after I get into bed, and sleep all night with that bulge in my panties. But I also like to go shooping (my own word), which could involve any of a number of different stores -- big grocery stores, big sports stores, home improvement stores (Home Depot, Low's), and (yes) even Target and Walmart (I have since learned that Walmart is a favorite place among pants poopers and panties poopers).

"What of the mess?" you ask. Well, if you accept the cleanup as part and parcel of what we do, then it is no longer a chore. I managed to do that long ago. It makes the whole thing easier (that COULD be read as more fun). Yes, I used to sit on it, and yes, I have done it while driving, but I have not done that in a long time. Do I WISH to be messy? Yes, sometimes, and although I used to do some smearing, I prefer that it be hands off... If you want to know, ask me about one messy time. I am overdue for the next one like that.

Why am I here? Well, I hope to find others to chat with or message, that like to do the things I do. I would like to share things I have done, and (if they are up to it) perhaps even synchronize with them - that is a lot more than just timing. I will continue to go shooping, and pooping my panties in bed (if it is only a little, I call it my night golf).

Oh yes, forgot. I do pee in bed from time to time (dribbles, laziness, wake-peeing, and, when I can get the mood and timing, I tank up before bed). That began only a few years ago.

Just so you know. I did try diapers. Perhaps I was  influenced by the fact that I had been pooping into my panties for so long, but I found I just didn't like them - they leaked badly, so I gave them up, and returned to just using my panties.
