Hi. This is my first attempt at writing anything. Out of nothing more than boredom today, I gave it an attempt. Please have a read and let me know what you think? Everything about it, including ages and names, are enirely fictional. Shall I continue? Suggestions for changes or continued story lines? Thanks My name is Jake and I am a normal 16 year old guy enjoying my summer away from school as most do. Living in northern Minnesota means I regularly take opportunities to travel and experience different aspects of the outdoors. When I received the invitation to go on a kayaking trip with my girlfriend Stacy and her parents I found myself giddy with excitement unable to say no. The plan was to leave the following Saturday morning traveling by car to the northern Wisconsin area along the lake where we could load our kayaks and travel out to the Apostle Islands. As usual with me and trips, the days leading up to it ticked slowly away until finally I was given a ride to Stacy's home to leave. The trip was to be 3-4 nights depending on the weather with Stacy's parents, Jim and Jill, and her 6 year old sister Ashley coming along. With a 6 hour ride ahead of us we began packing the van and buckling in for the long ride. Out of pure excitement I found Stacy and I waiting in the van for everybody else to come out before they finally did. Jill helped buckle Ashley into a larger child seat they explained she uses during long car rides. They had dressed her in footed pajamas, and I wasn't certain, but as she was being strapped in I was certain I heard and saw a buldge in her pajamas looking like she was diapered. As she was long potty trained I quickly dismissed it as unlikely and buckled myself in for the trip. We were passing the time giggling and talking about what we were going to do the next few days. Jill was explaining we would be taking the two kayaks consisting of one tandem and one 3 person kayak, from the mainland out to one of the islands a couple hours out. While driving we noticed it slightly began to rain and a storm front was likely to hit us before the end of the day. Jill checked the weather and verified this to be the case and said we didn't have any time to waste and had to do the crossing before the storm came in or we would be stuck for the night. Just then, Ashley whispered to her mom she needed to use the bathroom. I believed we would likely have to stop for her to go on the roadside as the route we were taking led us by no stores or bathrooms of any kind for the next many hours. My earlier suspicions were verified when I heard Jill whisper back for Ashley to just go in her diaper. Ashley didn't fuss only saying she doesn't like wetting her pants. Jill nicely whispered back "don't worry honey, we'll stop up ahead and change you." What she said next shocked me and I didn't believe what I heard. Jill turned to Stacy and I and said "were going to stop ahead to change Ashley and I think we should just diaper all you kids. We don't have a lot of time to get to the campsite and we don't have time to look for bathrooms. It will only take me one minute to change a wet diaper and a couple to change a messy diaper. Either way, we will save alot of time over looking for bathrooms." With about 2 hours left of our drive, Jim pulled the van over in a small private pull over area with nobody around. I began to complain because I don't need and definately don't want to put a diaper on. Stacy quickly began to explain it was ok and I wouldn't have to use it and it would only be for "just in case." Jim parked the van alongside a small grassy area next to the woods. Jill went to the back with our bags and removed a large purse that resembled a very large diaper bag. I could see the standard diaper bag items like powder and a couple travel packs of baby wipes peeking out from a side pocket. She reached inside and handed Stacy a large pink pull-up style diaper and said "put this on sweety." She then turned to me and said "Sorry Jake, but your a bit bigger than Stacy and won't fit into a pull-up so I'm going to have to put you into one of the large diapers we have." I again tried to explain I didn't need one but she visibly got upset and Stacy again ensured it was ok. I hesitantly said "ok" and reached for the large disposable diaper in Jill's hand. She pulled it away and said "sorry honey, I'm going to have to put it on you to make sure it's on right." In the meantime, I noticed Jim was in the process of lying Ashley down on the backseat and undoing her cloths to change her diaper. Jill pulled out a large beach towel that I noticed to be a Winnie the Pooh style towel and lied it in the grass next to the open door of the van. She set the bag, which was now clearly a large diaper bag, down on the grass near the towel. She motioned to me saying "lie down Jacob." Knowing people rarely used my full name unless serious, I did as told and lied down next to Jill as she was kneeled down digging in the diaper bag. Jill turned her attention to me ensuring nobody else was around to see and it wasn't a big deal. As if planned, another car ironically pulled in nearby with other kids getting out. She continued to reasure me saying she would make it quick. She unbuttoned my jeans and slid them off with my underwear. I felt like I was going to pop my face was so red and I was so embarassed with my situation. As I lied there wearing only a tshirt I could see the other kids from the other car turn and see me in my position. I could hear them talking asking their mom if that boy over there was wearing diapers. Their mom quickly led them away which made me begin to tear up out of embarassment. Jill unfolded the diaper giving it one quick shake before lying it down next to me. I could see it was a large white diaper exactly resembling a baby's diaper with little teddy bears on it. She placed one hand on each of my knees as I was lying down and said "bring your knees to your chest honey and I'll get you diapered quickly". I did as she explained and she expertly slid the diaper up under my naked butt. She then reached for the powder sprinkling some on my private parts and into the diaper. Jill then quickly rubbed the powder in before putting my feet back down onto the towel. At this point I was fully sobbing out of embarassment. Jill quickly pulled the diaper between my legs and taped it into place. She then helped me to my feet where I was only standing in a shirt and diaper again with the other kids watching. She held my jeans as I stepped into them before she buttoned them herself. She then placed my underwear into the diaper bag saying "you won't need these right now." I then joined Stacy inside the van and we continued on our trip. When we arrived at the lake Stacy and I sat in the van while Jill and Jim loaded the kayaks and got them ready. They then helped Ashley into her wetsuit which they explained was necessary should the kayak tip. They had also brought a wetsuit for Stacy and I. Once Ashley was ready, Jill grabbed the next wesuit and handed it to me suggesting I put it on in the grass to keep out the sand. Stacy mentioned to her mom she had to go to the bathroom and Jill pointed to a nearby outhouse suggesting to hurry up. I also mentioned I needed to pee and was surprised when she said "the storms almost here Jake, and we need to get going. Try to hold it untill we get to the island or you can use your diaper if you need to. I'll change you as soon as I can when we get there. I brought enough diapers for the whole trip." I wasn't sure what surprised me more between her telling me to hold it when I knew I couldn't for that length of time or Jill's comment about enough diapers for the whole trip. Without saying anything, Jill reached for my pants unbottoning them and sliding them down. She again lied me down, this time on the middle seat of the van with dozens of kids around watching. She quickly pulled on a pair of clear plastic pants explaining they would keep me dry incase some water got inside my wetsuit. She then helped me into my wetsuit with only my diaper and plastic pants underneath them. When we set out in the boats I was in the front of the 3 person kayak with Jill and Ashley while Stacy and her dad were in the 2 person kayak. It was nice when the sky cleared and the sun came out despite the weather forcast, but it was frustrating as it was evident I didn't need to be diapered all along. About an hour into paddling I could tell I absolutely had to pee now. I turned around to jill and asked how much longer. She replied "just a couple more hours. Are you tired or need to use the bathroom?" I said I was ok but really needed to pee. She explained it would be a while and I should just let it go and use my diaper. In a nice motherly tone she said "it's ok honey. Nobody will need to know and I will change you when we get to the campsite." Stacy was closeby hearing our conversation and quietly told me she couldn't hold it either and had wet her pull-up allready. In a futile attempt to prove to myself I could hold it, I waited another few minutes before succumbing to the growing pressures in my bladder and began to slowly let my pee into the diaper. I did slowly at first not believing it would hold my entire full bladder, but after a few seconds, the flow increased to where I had zero control as I flooded the diaper. As if it wasn't embarassing enough to have just wet my pants wearing a diaper at the age of 16, I felt the clear urge to poop once the looming pressure of my bladder was gone. Knowing the island was still a very long way out I pinched my butt together as long as possible before being unable to prevent myself from messing my diaper.

I believe we are hardest upon ourselves. Diapers, especially adult diapers, are a legitimate, legal product - with a HUGE market - for a legitimate need. That we DLs choose to feel they are "taboo" just because we choose to wear them and use them - and most of us go through the normal, typical guilt and self-loathing over it - it's more OUR issue than anyone else's, even if someone else does spot a visible diaper line or the bulk beneath our outer clothing. It's OUR choice to be diapered, and "outsiders" - since there has been so much advertising with Attends and Depends - will assume that our diapers are for need. Personally, I think it's just plain wrong, for the thrill aspect, to foist MY "thing" onto others, especially the unsuspecting. Many in our community always hope for discovery and some comment. Mostly, we need to chill and just enjoy our "thing"...
