First of all I personally know Davey, it not that he doesn't care about his site he does a lot. He has had some rather trying personal problem in the last couple of year that I won't go into, so that why he was an absentee land lord. The most recently failure has more to do with the server getting too much activity adn then being hacked and dammaged beyond repair. He and serveral other are working on a new site the will hopefully be up by next year. So please keep checking back.

/hijack You know, all the negative people on here, the point was made several pages ago that most of ya'll believe it's fake. Frankly, real or fake, it's still a good read to some others, including me. If all you gonna do is trash or blah blah the thread, change your diaper and go find another thread. Hi all. Okay, here is a quick review and update for those who are interested. As I stated earlier, my ex found this site and this thread on my computer. This obviously caused some serious issues, particularly what I was saying about CG. She told CG about what she saw and CG then left me the message that you all saw. I then contacted CG and we met for lunch to discuss it. That went very well. My ex and I then had a long discussion that ended in us breaking up and me moving downstairs. Late Friday afternoon I found an apartment complex I liked that had an apartment available. I signed the lease and move most of my stuff over the weekend. A bed and some furniture will be delivered today hopefully and I will permanently move there. I'm thinking about looking for a house to buy when my lease runs out, I'm tired of renting. CG and I hung out over the weekend as much as possible. I am very much enjoying the time we spend together, so hopefully it will all work out well.

I'd rather be in my mid to late 20's, own a nice house and car, and have a good paying job, plus a great family and trophy wife with a strong professional network. thats like 10/100 = .1 or 10%.. 0.00075 is the statistic, multiple by 100 and you get the percentage.
