Here we have an old table, and I am not sure how old it is, but I remember a good few memories sitting at my grandparents (Baker) house behind one.  Theirs was the SAME type of TOP, and the same black etching or whatever it was.  However, their table TOP was Yellow, with the etching the same:  Yellow and Black.  The CHAIR backs were the same color as the tabletop, and the seat was the same color as well.  The chairs had a RED color that was around the back and the top of the chairs, and around the seat at the edges. 

Quite a few meals, discussions, games, and family meetings happened around that table, and I learned so much from my family members.  There are days when I miss my grandparents, and the fun we had:  I mean, there were days when we just sat at the table, had a meal or snack, talked about life, or plans for things I wanted to do while there.  We would plan to go places, with maps, and we would make crafts and sweet treats, and eat on the most awesome plates.  Seeing something like this come up on the Facebook Feed brings back memories:  I talked to so many people, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Neighbors, Friends of my Grandparents, legion members, and I remember playing games of scrabble, and having a grand old time!

Some people may say that the past is the past and we should leave it there:  Most times, you can learn from the past:  Past successes. past failures, past mistakes, and past advice or experiences: Kids today think of themselves as all-knowing, and I can tell you that kids MAY think that for a while when they are younger, but the minute you hit about 25, you start to realize that, if you don't know already, that In AGE, there is WISDOM, and I will always remember that the Baker's and the LeBlanc's (Mom's parents) taught us that FAMILY means everything, and that you could come to them, and ask for their opinions or advice or guidance:  I always remembered that, and knew that i felt the best when sitting there, because we take care of each other
