This is me in my C-collar, which is helping me rest my neck when I overdo it!  I've had problems with my neck since 2015, but ever since June its been bothering me, so I've gotten a C-Collar from the ER, and then a wedge pillow and a bed rail.  This will help me with my head/neck position.
