BabyDoll Scented Water

This is just water scented with Blissfuls at about 5 or 6 capsful per half-gallon most of the time with the exception of use in a room-scenting liquid warmer. that is  half strength because, if used at full strength, as the water evaporates, it would leave behind a solid residue that  would be difficult to remove
