Anything that is connected to RUFFLED & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME that has to do with little girls who still wet for no good reason is called 'BabyDoll", for "baby" and "doll" as well as for that cute little nothing item of clothing. There are some things to understand about what is put on such girls to call their attention to their babyish ways as chastizement for certain characteristics such as babyishness, laziness, whininess, disobedience, being overactive, forwardness, gossipiness, trollopiness and especially being overly proud. What is more babyish and dollyish than a VERY thick diaper and more than one rubber panty? Well, the BabyDoll is NOT at all shy. In fact, she LOVES to be noticed under a few pairs of rubber panties!. Who can be proud in a thick diaper, more than one or two rubber panties and a very short little dress that is just barely "decent" and is called "Little BabyDoll" before her name?

Especially if her name is Christine and she is a blonde who thinks FAR too much of her golden hair. First she is NOT a baby, she is 5 years old, so baby diapers are out of the question as they would only hold one or two wettings and would not fit well anyway. Especially since, being part Fairy, she is big in size for her age. Second: She lives in a girls' home which means the ladies have a good deal of work and cannot be changing her every 3 or 4 hours. So something that can go for a long time is very much appreciated. Also, she is part Fairy. They are usually a wonderful little girl to have, but they can also get some nasty ways about them if they chose. She is both whiny and proud so she is treated accordingly, No one is going to make any special effort to see that she is happy or treat her especially well: She can wait a good long time to be changed and being in wet diapers most of the time will teach her a few lessons and serve her right

At RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME, there are two ways a girl who is 4 or older is diapered, depending how we feel about her. If she is a good girl, she is "kept dry". If she is troublesome, she is "kept wet". These are two extremes. We babysit many little girls each day, about a dozen and a half and we have 16 residents, of which about a total of 20, being either babies or under 8 and cannot go two hours without using the ladies' rooms, are in diapers and rubber panties. This means that we must get the most out of supplies and services. If we are to cater to a girl, it must be for good reasons so most care is somewhere between the two. For a girl over 4, this means that when she arrives or gets up, she usese the ladies' room and is put in reasonably thick diapers and goes about her day. At lunch time, she is cleaned, let to use the ladies' room and is back in diapers. At dismissal or suppertime, she is cleaned up and dressed normally since we need not restrict the laides' room when we no longer have so many girls and diapers are not needed. If she needs to do #2 at any time, she is let to use the ladies' room, then re-diapered. If she can ordinarily go without wetting for 2 hours comfortably, she is let out of diapers. As to the little miscreansts:"Troublesome" means one or more of the followeing; babyish, whiny, disobedient, overactive, forward, gossipy, trollopy or, expecially, proud. Christine is babyish, always crying at the least little thing, whiny, always complaining and proud. which is a shame, she is half-fairy and used to be a loving and adorable little girl with her golden blonde hair, indigo eyes and little fairy-voice; that was both pretty and cute: a sunny day on legs, and we and she used to treat each other like gold. but sometimes, part-fairy girls do turn bad. Ordinarily, we use a satin liner under the diaper. This both dreis quickly from body heat and feels just scrumptious on the chastity area. For punishment or chastizement, we put a rubber diaper under the cloth. This feels like the satin one but only so many times more strongly that it is annoying as, being baby powdered so it does not stick to anything, it is always rubbing on the chastity area and the little one has to stand up to wet or get the wet all over herself since the rubber diaper is made to let wetnesks pass into the cloth diaper only in a small area between the legs. Any one, even a big girl of 18, who knows this will be used on her must be tickled to the point where she is totally helpless (we do not spank or hit a girl because that is too brutish and coarse, so we must have other means of doing unpleasant things that she will feel on her body: If you have ever been ticled "too much" you inw what that is like; and we can make it last as long as we want without doing harm to the body)

"KEPT DRY" means that you are put in thinner diapers and changed often and in such a way that nobody knows that you wet or are in diapaers. You are also let to wear the skirts and dresses appropriate to your age; unless you are a fairy or part-fairy girl, then your skirts are always to your knees unless you need to be punished or chastized. 4 to 7; 2/3 to the knee, 8 to 11; 3/4 to the knee, 12 to 15; 5/6 to the knee. 16 to 19, just above the knee 20 and above; if you are still here, as long as you wish. The more of a big girl you are the longer your skirts are let to be. This makes you want to wear longer skirts. Along with speicial "chastity training" when you are 4 to 7, This makes you not want to be trollopy, which means that you are less likely to come home some night with a "little surprise" when you are 15, 16, 17 or 20. Also, you are changed within about 4 hours you wet to keep you dry longer and so you will not smell

"KEPT WET" is used for girls who have those attributes mentioned earlier. You are changed less often; as long as it can be put off. At least 12 but up to 16 hours. Sometimes more. So you WILL smell (Now how proud are you?). You are put in thick diapers; called "BabyDoll"l especially thick between the legs to the point that you cannot cross or close your legs above the knee with extra rubber panties and kept in halfway to the knee, "baby length" dresses, skirts and babydolls; that is "baby" and "doll" as part of her ordinary manner of dress and changed when we feel like it and in front of whoever we feel like (just imagine being 7 years old and being changed in front of your ballet teacher or one of the Fairies, Who Nursie may ask to help change you and put the rubber panties on you which some Fairies like to do, or your bestest friend: So be a good girl!). Also, because you are wet and often VERY wet and a bit smelly, most of what you wear, and things around you, are made of some kind of rubber, which is wetproof and easy to clean and care for, and does feel like flower petals so you are fun to hold and people like to feel you all over, Also some persons like the noise your clothes make. It is also strongly felt on your little body so there is the added bonus of you being somewhat uncomfortable, which does help to keep you a quiet little girl. sometimes this is done for about a week for misbehavior, occasionally it will be all the time either if you are a constant bother, do something VERY naughty or if you are those things described earlier; especially proud. The rubber diaper will also be put on you, both to make you uncomfy, as it rubs on your chastity area and your little flower so you feel it, and to make longer the time we can go between changes by keeping the chastity area dry MUCH longer; Up to 16 hours, but usually 13 hours instead of the usual 4, 5 or even 10 with very thick night diapers. Even after 12 hours, when we change Christine, all but a little bit of her chastity area is still dry. You are changed, not right after you wet, but at as close a time to your next wetting so that you will be wet most of the time or "always wet", usually for about 22 hours a day, for which you can be teased or complained about. "Tina, I do not know just WHAT to do with you, I just can NOT keep you dry longer thant five minutes". That is how one is "kept wet". Diaper changing time is arranged so that you will be put to bed wet so you will be wet all night; AND with the rubber diaper, you will have to get up out of bed and stand up to wet or it will get all over you. Nothing says that nobody loves you than being kept wet
