This is what I came up with. It's going to be a little wordy, bear with me. (Believe it or not it was worse before I trimmed it up a little bit.)  Also I tried to think in British when I was writing this, but I'm unapologetically a Yankee, so my friends across the pond, please forgive any misreferences as a result.  Lol   I know a lot of you won't like the way I took it, but that's okay. We're all different here and I respect everyone's opinions. I wrote this in the way I would have loved to see it end. Thank you for letting me borrow your characters for a moment, Les, I hope I don't disappoint you too much.    Goodson's version   "Undone"   Howard's new job brings the family wealth and new opportunities. They move to a new community and a much larger home. Everyone now has their own room except for the twins. Jason's new room is the the one that the previous family's nanny once used, so he's right near the twins and his mummy fixes it up to her liking. Jason doesn't object, why would he? Mummy knows best.    Things remain largely unchanged for Jason, at first, but as Richard grows and gains more grown privileges.. that last bit of Jason's teenage pride begins to be frustrated under the surface. But he's older and wiser now. He buries it. He has to be a good boy.     The only thing Jason doesn't like about his new room is that his mother insisted on giving him his own monitor and he hated the music coming from it. In a rare act of defiance, Jason took an old pair of earbuds (which he found during the move) and snuck them into his ears at night, playing white noise from an app on his phone. Diane's parental controls never picked up on the fact the was using this benign app every night. A rare miss by her, but a crucial one as it allowed Jason to be weaned off hypnosis.    Over a few months, he found his desire to be big again growing and growing, but he still enjoyed and needed his diapers. Peter's mom started visiting Diane and bringing Peter along. At first, Peter was disgusted by Jason and couldn't understand what happened to his mate. He was sitting in a nappy and panties like a toddler. It was mad! Eventually, one day, he was taunting Jason, who had enough and lashed out. This caused Jason to quietly tell his former friend everything that had happened to that point. They made up and Peter promised he would be there for Jason from now on, no matter what.    Jason threw all of his energy into school. He got very high marks at his new private school. Diane wanted to stop this progress but she knew there was no way to do that without alerting Howard to her real motives. Besides, she had more than enough ways to keep the brat out of Uni, so what did it matter?   Jason had learned from his past mistakes and played the part of baby boy at home perfectly. He quietly potty trained himself, again, but continued to wet the diapers on his own, so that his mum would not be suspicious. He still wet at night, but that was expected.   An opportunity presented itself when Diane fell ill with a serious virus. She recovered nicely, but only after a couple of weeks in bed. This gave Jason the opportunity to take over the household for those weeks. The middle boys didn't want to listen to him, but despite his attire he was still bigger than them and he made his presence known when needed. He handled the cooking, cleaning and all the kids' needs, so Daddy didn't have to miss even a day at his important job.    These events earned him his father's trust and gratitude. Surprisingly to Jason, his mum had a different response. She seemed to be angrier at him. Why? Didn't she always want him to help out more and pee his nappies like a good boy?    Regardless, this created the circumstances for Jason to get a job at the chemist (where else could a boy in nappies work?) and to have a little more time at school for studying. Of course, Diane was against this, but Jason had swayed public opinion at home far enough to get that support. Diane only came across looking like the bad guy if she pushed too hard against Jason's legitimate requests.   As his 18th birthday passed, behind his parents back, Jason and Pete were able to secure scholarships to Cambridge and Jason had moved the money he made to his own bank where only he could access it. Diane had convinced Howard that they were going to go to the court of protection and have Jason declared unable to care for his own needs, but he had also consulted with counsel, who assured him that they could get it thrown out.    In a tearful, heated and angry exchange, Jason packed his bags, shed his nappies and left with Pete for Uni, telling his parents that he would fight them in court if they tried to stop him. Jason had found his strength but it still hurt leaving the twins behind. He had practically raised the little buggers and he felt like he was leaving his own kids behind. He knew this was right, somehow, and he knew he would find his way back one day.   He and Peter had a great first year at Cambridge. Brian also joined them and apologized to Jason for picking on him all those years earlier. Turned out to be projection as Brian was a pretty regular bedwetter until just before he went on the trip abroad in Jason's place. Peter found this out when Brian had an accident on the trip and Pete's parents had to buy a steep hotel surcharge. Even in the present day, Brian only had a pint or two at the pub and made sure to hit the loo before bed.    Jason and Pete grew close as roommates and best mates. Peter took care of Jason the way that Diane had, but in a more positive way. Under Jason's terms. He only wore disposables to bed and drynites during the day, if he needed them. Long exams or any situation where he might be stressed.    He also found his pacis in his bags. At first he thought that was a mishap, but Peter confessed that he packed some of his little Things in case Jason needed them again. Jason was originally against this, but during the first round of exams he found that they helped him relax. Peter was all too happy to help him with this and pretty soon the rule was that whenever Jason needed to cared for, he left his paci and onesie out and Peter would get him ready for bed and tuck him in.    After a few months, Jason learns that Peter has begun to fancy him as more than a mate. Jason is confused and doesn't know how he feels about this, but he knows that Peter is the most important person in the world to him right now and he's not bothered one bit about any of that. He couldn't imagine his life without him in it.  Without Jason at home, things are left unstable and Diane doesn't know what to do without a boy to care for. The twins are long out of diapers and Richard is becoming a man in his own right.  Sweet William had been feeling this strain of the family's chaos.  Richard had been communicating with Jason via PS5 games and he told his big brother of what had happened.  William had been getting cross with his Mum lately.   Richard warned him to stop, but the moody preteen wouldn't listen.   Then the message came, on a cold February night, that told Jason everything he needed to knew.  "Jace.   Willie pissed the bed!  Mum has lost it." Sure enough, Willie became the new pet project for Diane.   She had failed Jason in her own mind but she was determined to never fail again. William would never raise his voice to her or soil an expensive bed again.  Fortunately, his diapers were only forced on him at home, as he had no daytime issues (at least not yet!) As the term was coming to an end, Howard reached out and set up a meeting with Jason. They aired out their grievances and really connected for the first time in a while. Pete, being a science nerd, had figured out that Diane must have been tampering with the music and putting ideas in Jason's head.  They had no proof, but Jason brought it up with his Dad, who didn't right off dismiss the idea.  Jason missed the kids and wanted to check in with William. They spent the first week of their summer at Jason's family home. Pete was invited to stay and a second bed was set up in Jason's old room.  The changing table was now in Willie's room so there was room for the extra bed. Jason felt weird sleeping in that room again as he was now much more of a grown up. It was nice that Pete was there with him, though. While he was there, Jason spent the evenings with his old onesies over his disposables, so that Willie wouldn't feel so alone.  He also cuddled up with Diane while they watched TV, making peace with her by admitting she was right about his love of diapers.  Nobody teased him about any of it as it was understood that Jason had finally found that perfect balance between boy and man. Jason gave Willie advice and comforted him but ultimately told him it was up to him which way he wanted to go. If he wanted to grow up one day, it was up to him to figure it out.  If not, he always had a mummy that would take care of him. The next summer, the boys took a trip to the states, where Pete proposed to Jason.  Howard and Diane threw them a huge party when they returned home and gave them their blessing. Diane, especially, told Pete that she was trusting Jason's care to him and that he better not let her down.  Both boys promised that they would always look out for one another. Jason looked around the party. The Twins were running around and playing with their friends. They were growing so much every day. Willie was over talking to his aunt, with an obvious diaper bulge coming out of his pants.  Maybe mum would have the boy she always wanted after all. Richard walked by and made a cross comment about Williams diapers before pulling his pants down.  William looked at his brother with anger, but Dad warned him not to retaliate, he would address it.  Jason looked at Richard,  disapprovingly, but Richard only smirked in return. Later that night, Richard woke up in a panic, feeling the bed around his midsection.  "No!  It can't be." The lights flipped on and Diane was in the room to bear full witness to the teen's first accident in years.  She shook her head, as Richard lay there terrified.  In the other room, Jason put the empty bowl into his old dresser, after dumping the warm water out and snuck back into bed. He would have to make sure to return that in the morning. He lay down and a big smile came across his face.  "Happy early birthday, willie!" he thought, before cuddling up with Pete and falling asleep.  End
