I love your post, and I wasn't honest with my wife, because I was strong back then and just knew I could fight it and not wear diapers etc, I don't think any of these sites existed back in the early mid 1990"s so I had no one to talk to and my fetish was controlled or I thought , after we were married around 10 or so years and we were both in the mix of cancer, her first and then me, I was weak I needed something , and I started wearing baby diapers, inside of underwear and wetting it and........ she took a long time to handle it, we are still married now 29 years , she has gotten ok with it, and I keep thinking 🤔 of other stuff when I answer the stuff about that time, I have talked about my wife not liking them several other times, she now is becoming ok with me wearing nice tights, even the shiny ones, I where to bed, and in the evenings , What will I find out next that I like........ That day I stuck to 2 portions of Movicol. Shortly after midnight I went to sleep and noticed that my intestines were quite "full" and decided to take this first test and see what effect the Movicol alone would have, so I did not take that dose of Lactulose before going to sleep. At 6am I woke up with some intestinal rumblings and small farts escaping. Sometimes a mild cramp, but not really intense/severe. Apparently fell asleep again because I woke up again at 9am. I just got up and at 10am I had the urge to poop, but actually just like I normally have/feel in the morning. I kept it up until 11am, where I did get more urgent urges with sometimes a cramp and also noticed a lot of air/bubbling in the intestines. So I did my business at 11am, the composition was slightly thinner than normal but still solid and a bit lighter in color than normal. I had no problems or effects at all for the rest of the day. That was the 1st test/introduction so far... Now I have to think about how and what steps I can or want to take next time. Taking into account: Perhaps I should first be on a Movicol protocol for a few days before I notice a little more effect from that product (such as less solid stools). Would adding Lactulose before going to sleep be sufficient to activate the 2 doses of Movicol earlier in the day in this case? BTW: I did several tries in the past with Epsom salt, seems that my body does not respond to this....tried several measurement/protocols.
