Wow, this is almost exactly my situation.  wish I could help out the OP but my wife is pretty awesome about keeping me supplied in diapers. There was even one time when money was super tight and we were arguing over what to spend money on and she was STILL ok with me getting some more diapers! 

I asked Dr. Ivan that question and it doesn't have a name.  It's an irregular surgery.  But it consists of three things: resection of the bladder neck, prostate, and sphincter.  I am skeptical of the idea of someone becoming incontinent after 6 months of catheter use, at least permanently.  I've never tried masturbating with a catheter in, but I believe it's fine to do.

I love SPH! I'm JUST under 4" and my wife loves the SPH side of things too - so that works well for us!

When they get back to the motel, he sighed as he parked the car, and he went into the office letting her rest a few moments while he let them know he had a car, and he'd be out on Friday. When he came back from the office, he opened her door and looked in to see if she was there.  She was going to need a bath, and then he would need to see if she needed any rash creme or anything else to ease her suffering.  He hoped her skirt wasn't soaked, but he did tell her to just pee herself for now, so it was his fault if it was. He hadn't given her a key, so she'd have had to wait in the car, or by their door in a wet diaper under a skirt.
