I'M An Ak, So In What Online Games Can We Design Child Avatars?

As an "Adult Kid," I wish to find opportunities to roleplay a child. There are a few here on DD, but whatever opportunities there are aren't enough.

Therefore, I wish to know what online role-playing games allow us to design an avatar so that it looks like a child.

(A "TBInTheHoodie" in chat suggested Gaia Online, but that MMORPG only gives us a birds-eye view of the game. I want something with a camera view from ground-level, and even a first-person view. That game would be like World of Warcraft. (Sadly, WoW doesn't give the option to make the character a child. Moreover, I'm looking for not just medieval-fantasy games, but games of any theme at all.))

So, does anyone know what games I'm asking for?

Sorry, but they have a separate server for users under 18. They can only portray teens, and will have to be a teen in real life. They have measures to enforce this.

If age regression is a fast-growing hobby online, there must be an online gaming venue where adults can play as child avatars. I'm taking a Marketing class so I know that if I worked for an online gaming consortium, I would make a shrewd marketing decision by happily designing a game built for all sorts of age-regressionists.

If the only games of that sort are played in Korean, then I will gladly learn Korean! I am that hellbent on finding these kinds of games. (Let's hope that Korean games allow international players though...)
