one of the other main characters comments on how she could take off her clothes down to her adult diaper to comfort the guy in the hospital bed.

this episode will be airing again Sunday June 8th at 11:30 PM on Comedy Central

then again on Monday June 9th @ 1:30 AM

and Wednesday June 11 12:00 AM

They'd probly just use a pullup for her, too... They seem to be the cop-out for appearing in diapers without them actually being diapers. The technicality of it being a "diaper" seems to be enough for some people. Personally, I don't think that they count any more than when someone wears a diaper "Superman style".
