What's Two More?

Macy smiled and babbled on to Jacob, about everything from the stray cat that they feed when he occasionally comes into the yard to her big sisters and what she liked to do for fun.

David heard his sister stomping.

"I have to go check on Carrie," he said.

[Shy-Diapers]

Carrie nodded. She grunted angrily and jumped up and down angrily, sick of not being understood.

[Ishigreensa]

David put an arm around her.

"When she does this," he did the gesture again.

[Shy-Diapers]

Mary nodded. "If she's going to not use the bathroom then I think she should wear her diapers during the day." She said before standing up.

[Ishigreensa]

"Can I see what soups and lunch meat you have?" David asked.

[Shy-Diapers]

Carrie looked around and saw the time on the clock. Another hour had passed. Thriving on her routine, she wandered away towards the bathroom to try and go potty like she usually did. At home and school, they had little pictures with simple instructions to help her do it on her own. They were simple, but instructional. She looked around the bathroom with her fingers in her mouth a little confused.

David nodded.

"That would be really helpful, Aunt Mary.

[Shy-Diapers]

Mary nodded and grabbed a bowl of the appropriate soup.

"That will really help her.

[Shy-Diapers]

(I guess. But she won't always have to go every hour. She'll go to the bathroom, but won't always go. It's more of a routine to get her used to using the toilet and being in the bathroom and learning what to do and less of her needing to go that often.)

Carrie was digging through the suitcase when her brother came over. She had soaked her jeans and her training panties, leaving a small trail from the puddle in the bathroom.

David frowned because he had not really paid attention to how they treated her when it came to accidents.

Carrie hadn't been trying to change her clothes, she just wanted a specific toy from her suitcase.

"Carrie, you wet your pants, sis.

[Shy-Diapers]

Carrie looked down at her pants. That was really the point she realized she had had an accident.

"Oop." She said softly. That was her way recently of saying 'oops'.

[Ishigreensa]

David smiled and he walked over and watched her struggle to get her pants off.

[Shy-Diapers]

Carrie wiggles her pants and panties off, grunting a little as she did, clearly focusing.

[Ishigreensa]

David smiled and he walked over and he took her wet things from her.

"Let me fix your leggings first, sis.

[Shy-Diapers]

Carrie took her wet clothes from David when they got to the laundry room and proudly put them in the hamper in there.

[Ishigreensa]

David saw the toddler take her toy, and he pulled it back from the toddler.

"No," he said.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy frowned. Carrie wasn't playing with it at the moment. She didn't see what was wrong with taking it.

Being only three years old, she didn't have much experience sharing. She was used to being given everything she wanted. She didn't have much interaction with kids her age.

She cried and reached back for the hippo toy. She only wanted to play with the girl. She didn't understand what she did wrong.

David gave the Hippo back to Carrie, and then he bent back down in front of the crying toddler.

"You can't just take things," he told her.

Carrie looked up ar her brother and handed him the toy. She arranged the toys again in a specific order -to her at least- and kept making sure they were all perfectly aligned.

Mary reached down and picked Macy up.

"What's wrong, baby?"

She hadn't seen what happened, being in the laundry starting a wash.

"I was tryin' ta pay wit her but he took the toy from my hand and got mad at me. I was only tryin' to pay wit her." Macy explained sadly.

She didn't have the capacity to understand that Carrie was different or needed special care and attention. She just knew that she tried to play but the boy got upset with her.
