Stay warm........being in Antaarctica....BBBRRRRRR🥶

@CptKirk@CptKirk, this is a better place to talk. I'm doing fairly well, though the problems that I have (mostly mental health ones) continue to be far from addressed. 
On the physical health front, I'm still walking. My eating has been terrible - with too much junk and not enough "food". Perhaps I'll get into some of the reasons some other time. 

IN PAIN...HOPEFULLY going to sleep shortly! 

Pray everyone has a good night.... Depression is already creeping up on me as I DESPISE the end of summer, even though NE Pa did not have a REAL summer this year...the past week has been way too cold way too fast and has me in a tailspin, physically and mentally.
GOD I NEED TO LIVE ON A TROPICAL ISLAND! Sadly, ALL of my family/friends live nearby, so all of my support network would be lost, even though I'd feel 10000x better!

Anyone from Essex? I like to have fun, get put in a nappy or chastity and not be able to remove, maybe some locking mittens 😊
