Recently purchased some Molicare's for the first time in a while. Pretty good as always but I think I should have bought large

I bought one pack of Molicare Elastic Medium and one pack of Molicare Elastic Large a few months ago. The large size is really, really big and they'd fall off me if I didn't wear a onesie. The medium size is functional but they don't cover much of my stomach and they're a bit tight. My waist measures 42 inches (107cm). I think the sizing is weird because with those kinds of measurements it's weird that the 'large' diapers are too big.

I used to like the word Molicare. It sounded comforting. Now not so much, too many weird experiences.
