Little Cub Pants
Hi guys! So I just got my new pacifier in today and I LOVE it so far. The only problem is I can't seem to get a good suck on it. The nipple is made out of silicone. Anyway, does it just take time for my mouth to get used to it or am I doing something wrong, how long does it take for me to become pacifier dependent? If you guys have any tips I would greatly appreciate it. 1 Link to comment

And I probably do look very cute with my new paci in my mouth. I actually want to get more pacis and start a pacifier collection. 1 Link to comment
babizzy
I sent you some paci tips hope they help you out! I think pacifiers are secretly the best thing to combat anxiety, they are called pacifiers for a reason! It should be suggested by doctors instead of pills… good luck baby! 1 Link to comment
Little_Mouse
How long does it take to become addicted to pacifiers: I think it depends on how much you use it. I've been sleeping with a pacifier most nights for a few years now. Not every night, but 1-2 to 7 nights a week. I still don't depend on a pacifier to sleep most nights. Some nights I can't fall asleep without a pacifier in my mouth. Other nights I can't sleep with a pacifier in my mouth. But I have days and nights when I really long for or need a pacifier to suck on if I have a panic attack, anxiety or feel sad, alone or little. 1 Link to comment

herb330
The best way to be more accustomed to the paci is to just relax. That usually helps. Link to comment
