Kamie smiles and helped her out her panties. She grabs the baby powder and put some one her.

Rei sneezed from the excess powder after her panties were removed as she waited for her pull up

Kamie grabs the pull up and helped Rei put it on. She helped her stand up before fiddling with the pull up some making sure it was one correctly.

Rei blushed alittle as she was placed in her hello kitty easy ups waiting for the woman to finish adjusting it

Kamie nods before looking around. "Alright pack everything you wanna take then I'll go fill out the paperwork"

Rei nodded happily as her skirt was placed on her and went to go pack everything she needed her pull up crinkling slightly

Kamie  stands up and waits for her before heading to find a worker so she could do the paper work

Once Rei had everything packed she toddled over to Kamie once the paperwork was finished “All ready Miss Kamie.”

Kamie smiles and looks down at Rei. "Ready to go to your new home?"

Rei nodded her head happily as she took the woman’s hand knowing she had to hold an adults hand if taken outside

Kamie starts humming leading her to the car

Rei noticed when they got to the car there was a pink car seat inside which was most likely for her

Kamie opened the door and lifted her up. She quickly straps her in.

Rei smiled as she was strapped in the small girl girl would probably need supplies before going to her new home

Kamie looks through Rie's bag humming as she made a mental list before getting in the front and starting the car. She starts driving

Rei just stares at the window while her new adoptive mother began to drive off to wherever they were going

Kamie puts on some music making sure it was age appropriate for Rei. She continues driving humming along with it

Rei just relaxed as the music was being played before the two had reached their destination

She parked the car after awhile of driving. She gets out and opened the door to get rei out. "okay little one we gotta do some shopping for you some clothes and other stuff"

Rei nodded slowly as she took her new mommy’s hand noticing she was grabbing a shopping cart which she could easily fit into

"can you walk on your own or do you wanna get in the cart" Kamie says looking at the girl while pushing the cart keeping a good hold on the girls hand

Rei blushed alittle “Ummm can I sit in the cart please?” She asked raising her arms up

"Of course you can" Kamie picked her up and put her in the cart. She starts pushing it listing off the things they needed. "We need pullups and diapers..some more clothes for you and a few other things "
