Rei Takagei was quite small 10 year old as she was currently coloring at the table while adults were currently observing her and the other children since they were looking to adopt.

Kamie hums gently as she watched all the kids. She smiles as Rei catch her eye. She moves closer and sits with her but decided to stay quiet for a moment.

The small girl continued to color until noticing the large  woman “Huh who are you? She asked shyly surprised she was sitting next to her

"I'm Kamie. Not need to be alarmed I was curious on what you was coloring" She smiles and looks at the little girls paper. She was hoping she hadn't scared her to much

Rei looked up at the woman  “It’s a kitty.” She told the older woman “I rally like kitties a lot.” She told her and went back to coloring

"That's really pretty" Kamie smiles before looking around some then back at Rei. "yeah kittens are really special"

Rei nodded happily “Yeah I like them lots I hope to get to see one someday.” She said as she finished her picture

"That sounds like a good dream" Kamie smiles and nods thinking for a moment. "I'll be right back okay?" she walked over to one of the workers smiling

Rei nodded slowly and went back to coloring another picture as the worker noticed Kamie “Is there something I can help you with?”

"It's about the little one over there. I was wondering if adoption or fostering her was an option." Kamie looks over then back at the worker. "I've been cleared for both already"

“Oh you mean little Rei why yes she is available for both but I should tell you she’s a special case.. she’s actually 10 years old and not actually a toddler and she does well have occasional accidents.”

"Yeah Rei. I don't mind I can handle that" Kamie nods and looks at Rei smiling. "she's cute kid"

“Alright then she’s currently wearing her panties right now we usually put her in pull ups during long trips or she has an accident and we keep her in diapers for bedtime

Kamie nods as she listened to the worker before humming softly. "Alright you guys give supplies right I'll have to stop at the store on the way home if you don't"

“Well right now she has about one Pull up left and the changing supplies are in the bathroom.”

"Alright thank you I'm gonna go tell her first before I sign anything or pack" Kamie smiles before walking back over. "Yeah little one can I ask you a question"

Rei put her crayon down and turned to Kamie “Hmmm what is it ma’am?”

"How would you like to come home with me"

[JE PUNK]

Rei looked up “You mean.. you want to adopt me?” She asked 

[BabyFlex]

"Yeah little one I do" Kamie smile and hold hee hand for the girl. "We just gotta pack your things and I'll sign the papers"

Rei eagerly nodded and took the woman’s hand and showed her where her things were

Kamie smiles as she watched. She looks at everything helping her pack 

[JE PUNK]

By her bed was a fresh pull up along with some baby bed and blushed brightly “I Umm need to wear this during car rides.”

"Well that's okay love no need to be embarrassed. Do you want me to help you" Kamie smiles as she kneels down in front of her 

[JE PUNK]

Rei nodded her head shyly “Yes please.” She said there also a bottle of baby powder next to it
