I've had a few people in the chat get intrigued by my rules so I thought I'd share them here. Before I do, I'll say that I do quite a bit of being my own big and I typically role play being the age of a elementary aged boy. I really should be out of diapers by now, but I still have accidents so I tend to wear protection frequently. I'll also add that rhe rules were developed quite intentionally with my goals in mind. While I'd be honored if other folks wanted to borrow parts of it to use, I also fully understand and expect that not all rules work for all people. I'd love to see some discussion in the comments about what rules other littles have. 

My Rules

The following actions will result in a spanking

Lying

Hurting Others- This includes hurting others physically or with words.

Unsafe behaviors- This includes breaking any traffic or pedestrian laws.
This includes throwing or kicking items.
This includes any phone use other than GPS while driving.

Defiance-  This includes willfully choosing to disobey any rule below
This includes changing parental control settings without permission

Spankings are to be given as promptly as possible and shall consist of at least 200 swats with a strap or paddle to a bare or underwear clad behind. When appropriate, spankings will be followed up with cornertime. Hairbrush may be substituted if out.

Behinder Reminders are 50 swats given with a hairbrush or wooden spoon on a bare or underwear clad behind. The following will result in a behinder reminder: Pullup accident, forgetting to put shoes or other things away, other misdeeds that fall into the category of forgotten instead ofmotivated.

For both, it is assumed that self spanking will be used. Number of swats may be adjusted if this is not the case.

Bedtime:
Big Kid/Preschool 9:30
Toddler 9:00 Baby 8:30

Phone off 15 min prior, warning 10 min prior
(Spanked if not in bed on time.
Recurrent issues may result in earlier bedtimes or writing assignments)

Complete all chores assigned by 8:30 pm
One day grace period as needed.
(After grace period, Spanked and phone locked until chores are completed.)

Water intake of at least 72 oz daily
(No soda/coffee on next day)

At least 2 veggie servings and 2 fruit servings are to be consumed each day
(No sweets)

Homework is to be done as assigned
Writing assignments are to be in complete sentences and good cursive handwriting
(Spank, Phone locked when behind. Redo assignments that do not meet expectations.)

Pajamas on by 7:15
(Spank If not done)

Only respectful language is to be used. (Curse words should not be used.
Spank. Corner time with soap in mouth 
Recurring: writing assignment)

Toys are to be put away after playtime.
(Any toy left out will be confiscated and may be put into toy timeout or thrown in the garbage at big discretion.

Diaper/ Potty Rules:

Charley is in a level depending on his potting habits. The levels are Baby, Toddler, Preschooler and Big Kid

Baby: Wears diaper 24/7, 8:30 bedtime, 1h30min daily screentime. Moves up at big discretion, but must stay at this level for at least 7 days. 

Toddler Wears a pullup during day, diapered at night. 9:00 bedtime, 2h daily screen time. Regresses to baby if number of accidents exceeds number of successful potty uses. Moves up to preschooler when dry for 7 consecutive days.

Preschooler: Underwear during day, pullup at night, 9:30 bedtime, 2h30min screentime Regresses to Toddler if 5 wet nights in a 7 day period. Must stay dry for 7 nights to move to Big Kid

Big Kid: Underwear 24/7 9:30 bedtime, 3h screentime

Daywear may be changed between 6-8 am

If a lower level is chosen voluntarily, must stay at that level for at least 7 days.

Diaper: When wearing a diaper the potty is off limits. Diapers are to be used as intended. Extra thick plastic backed diapers are to be used when sleeping in the big bed or when going out of town.Potty attempts will result in a spanking. Baby diapers are to be checked/changed every 2-3 hours. Thick diapers are to be checked/changed every 8 hours.

Pullup: Pullups are for Littles that are learning to use the potty. Wet or poopy pullups will result in a behinder reminder followed by a 5 minute timeout on the potty. 

Underwear: Underwear are for littles who have mastered using the toilet. Any accident will result in a spanking and a lower level. Soiled underwear may go in the garbage at parental discretion.

Nightwear and pajamas are to be put on by 7:15 pm nightly. Failure to do so will result in a spanking except for extenuating circumstances. Daywear should be on by 630a Exceptions allowed on weekends.

Toddlers who have a day with more accidents than potty successes will be regresa to baby. Preschoolers who are wet 5 nights in a 7 day period will regress to Toddler.

Moving up: Seven consecutive days of dry pullups are needed to move up to the next level.

What about pre-schoolers who don't want to potty train?

@nappy-cub I enjoy the level rules as there is no deciding what I want to wear as that decision is made for me. I think missed bedtime is the reason I am spanked most often. 

@spark The option to voluntarily move down a level does exist, but you also have to accept the earlier bedtimes and reduced screentime...or keep having accidents and get spanked. The rules are intentionally designed to give some incentive to keeping your pants dry. And if a baby or toddler doesn't want to risk hos diaper or pullup being seen, well too bad.

That's very interesting set of rules you have. I know for me, my mom lays the rules for me being an adult baby and incontinent such as

1. I am kept in diapers permanently and I am never ever allowed out of them. Potty training is off limits to me and I can never consider potty training as long as I am alive.

2. I can not call myself an adult anymore and I have to say to people I am an adult baby.

3. Any adult, grown up or big kid that's potty trained is above me and they have say over me because I am an adult baby and not a grown up, adult or big kid that has passed potty training.

4. Adult potties or bathrooms are off limits to me unless their is an adult, grown up or big kid near by.

5. When I am at home, my pants, shorts and skirt comes off and I am never, ever allowed to hide my diapers. It's cause any adult, grown up or big kid who has passed potty training can diaper check me to make sure I am using my diaper like the baby that I am. At the same time babies like me are not allowed to hide my diapers because babies don't hide their diapers and so should I.

6. Diapers must be worn no matter where I am or who I am with. I'm not allowed to take them off except for diaper changes and baths.

7. Diaper checks can happen at anytime by any adult, grown up or big kid who has passed potty training.

My mom lays those rules for me because she makes sure I am kept in diapers, kept as an adult baby and to make sure I am not potty trained and not able to grow up.
