The instant coffee method

So at my job I just instant coffee crystals for coffee. So it's like powdered hot coco, but in coffee form. So I found out if you use too much coffee crystals in one cup, It make your bowels move fast! 

Not only use coffee crystals for move things along. But also have a good size fiber breakfast, like oatmeal or frosted mini wheats for volume. ( also help to have a heftey meal the day before)
