In one of the OG Smosh vids, the guys try to stay true to their New Year's resolutions. Anthony's was to stop picking his nose, while Ian's resolution was to... get potty trained. At one point, he bends over and we see a pull-up diaper peek out over the waistband of his jeans. In another scene, Anthony walks in on Ian getting his diaper changed by his mom.

They're definitely not afraid to do toilet humor. I remember some other bits where bedwetting/pantswetting were used to comedic effect.
