Podcast Host in Nappies

The podcast 'Spreading Rumors' has one of its hosts remove his sweatpants to reveal an adult pull-up diaper. He spends the rest of the podcast pantless and diaper fully visible. He also says he'll pee in them on camera before the podcast is over, but I don't think he ever does. The pod itself is unbearable to listen to, imo - they're three completely boring, average and uninteresting people, so I won't be listening to it in its entirety just to make sure, lol.
