You could have good cloth diapers, good rubber panties in adequate supply, accessories and supplies with some to spare, even with upkeep cost like washing and that would last you a few years, which means only the upkeep cost for that time. If you are living up to the 21st century, you should have a washer and dryer and laundry detergent anyway and water is not THAT expensive
