ABDei
I am Inc. since recently. I have been to the Dr. and don't have any physical issues. Dr. says it may be due to stress. I wasnt in any accidents at all. can any one tell me what could the problem be? I don't have a huge stress load. I do seem to wet at night mostly. Link to comment
LilX
You may have become a deep sleeper and this could be a cause of your issue. Or of course... there could be an underlying medical cause. If you are deeply concerned, I would look for more tests or maybe even a second opinion, because if there is something wrong, you want it taken care of. Stress incontinence is a form of incontinence, but I don't remember reading too much about it causing bedwetting, although I'm sure someone has a made a connection somewhere. Good luck though, and I hope you find the root of your problems. Link to comment
nappyloon
As you get older your Bladder tends to continue to function even at night which would explain your Bedwetting-however is see you are only 25 so that is very unlightly so I would do as LilX suggests and get some more tests done. Most of the tests these days are fairly innocuous and do no harm other than embarrasement So might be a good idea to get another opinion perhaps from a Specialist in Urology. Keep us posted to let us know how it all goes. Just as a bye the bye the Urologist I saw always said that no two people have exactly the same symptoms for a condition. Link to comment
DollyDiaper
Just a thought here - Of course, I don't know if you use alcohol to help you unwind in the evenings, but this can certainly be a factor in bedwetting. D lly Link to comment

jazz42
i would agree with everyone to get a second opinion, there are certain excercises to do that help strengthen the bladder muscel, one doc. i had seen suggested as you use the toilet to go and stop midstream. it did work, there are others,, but see a urologist to be sure something else isn't going on, wish you good health,, Link to comment
ABDei
Thank you everyone for your help. I talked to another professional. He believes that its acute stress mixed with emotions. He gave me the full checkup and "the male diagnostic" to make sure no prostate problems. He told me it may take a bit for me to get on track if i can. So being as a newbie to this, can anyone give any tips to a new incont. fellow? Link to comment

So being as a newbie to this, can anyone give any tips to a new incont. fellow? Hello ABDei, I'm kinda in the same boat as you with the incont. being stress and emotionally related also. I've been with this for a very long time as well as being AB/DL. Have some serious spinal cord problems that I'm trying to deal with these days and surgery has to be done soon since things are getting worse. When nerves are being squished, all kinds of problems can arise. I wish you the best of luck. Link to comment
