Also best way to apply ointment 

I have large pee pads on bathroom floor with mirror and flashlighs. How far up and down do you apply the oinment? 

Supplies that you use example baby wipes etc. 

I live in the country so I can not ask someone to help me.

Doesn't it come with instructions? 

Usually ointments and products like that come with instructions on how to use them
