Wanted Abdl Diapers sized medium or any other ABDL things to celebrate my gender confirmation surgery in October

Hello I am an ADBL LG. I am also a transgender woman. I am on SSI and I haven’t been able to Afford  any ABDL things for months. The reason is I have been getting electrolysis since November to prepare for my gender confirmation bottom surgery in October ironically it will be the same day as my actual birthday. I love Rearz stuff especially their princess series. Honestly I love any think diapers. The thicker the better. I love all cut girly clothes too. Honestly I will love anything pink or girly. My diaper size is  medium. Any thing else is a size large just to be on the safe side. 
also on a side not I have a 3000 dollar head gasket repair on my car so it may be an extra long while before I will be able to afford new diapers.
