MessyBabyWill
wondering if i could get some advice and hoping that the odd sounding topic line will get some attention. i have no problems using the toilet, either #1 or #2, but i have a horrible time using my diapers. especially #1. i believe it's some sort of mental blockage that says, "you're not in front of a toilet, you can't go now." now i'm sure that over time i'd develop some semblance of a lack of control, which i'd like for play purposes, but the problem w/ that is i still live at home with mom and dad, a situation that will be rectified w/in the next year or so i hope, so i can't wear diapers nearly as much as i'd like. i'm just looking for advice. my goal is willing incontinence, if there is such a thing. like having an internal switch i can turn off and on. i've heard of hypnosis tapes but i'm skeptical, especially seeing how much they cost. i'd like to be totally incontinent, obviously barring a horrific accident, but that's not realistic since where i work we have gang showers and if my co workers saw me changing a messy/wet diaper that would open a whole can of worms my area of the country's not quite liberal enough to deal with. so, what are techniques for "anti-potty training" if there are any. the idea that the hypnosis cd's pitch sounds wonderful, a trigger word to loose control and one to get it back when play's over (not that play should ever be over ) i want to live in diapers, i love to fill them and wet them. and i want to be able to have a realistic AB/DL relationship w/ someone who has similar goals. but if i'm always having to put all my concentration into just wetting/messing my diapers that makes it extremely hard to lose one's self in the moment. please any help would be appreciated. thanks!!!! stay wet and messy!!!!! ps i'm new to the site and i in no way mean to offend those of us who are incontinent not by choice. i'm sorry if i worded anything badly. pps 1 more thing on the hypnosis cd's, some offer age regression, anyone try it with any success? Valentine
#1 piece of advice. RELAX! Close your eyes and pretend that you are in front of, or sitting on a toilet. Link to comment
MessyBabyWill
those are both good ideas, i've tried until i thought i would burst and even then it was still a lot of concentration to be able just to wet my diapers. it's similar with a #2 but for some reason it's easier to overcome, a little easier at least. i have no trouble going on a toilet so that isn't the problem, i'm basically pavlov's dog, i just can't go unless there's a toilet under me (or a tree in front of me lol) this is something i know will get easier with time but still, from what it sounds like it's a much harder "mental block" for me, so i'm trying to learn some sort of concentration, visualisation technique. feeling the lack of control is very important to the overall effect to me. maybe a hypnosis of some sort, either a CD or a session. anyone know of or have any experience with this? the CD's unrealistic claims to be able to almost switch on and off bowel and bladder control would be the ultimate goal. BriGuy
Practice makes perfect, and so does relaxing. Do it hovering over a toilet, then in front of a toilet, then move away from the toilet and soon you wont need it anymore. ~Brian Link to comment
nappyloon
Always take yourself in your Nappy to the toilet and use it (the Nappy/Diaper) whilst standing or sitting on the toilet. Also be patient as it has taken years of habit forming actions to perform this function-you will not be able to undo it very quickly ! Good luck, you will get there given time ! Link to comment
beallucanb
try wetting your diaper, in the basement, or a garage, someplace you know if you leak, it won't cause any problems, that worked for me the first time I wore, also if you just want to get the feel, that helps going also, is use the kitchen sprayer on the sink, make sure you don't have the water too hot, wet it a little, and try again to wet. Then soak the front and back and enjoy it for awhile... Link to comment
wetvinyl
I got over the "not in front of a toilet" hurdle by allowing myself to pee when I first got into the shower. I lived in an apartment where if I peed and flushed the toilet first, the shower would take forever to get to the right temperature. So I trained myself to just relax in the shower and pee there, hands free. Eventually I didn't even have to think about it. That conditioning carried over to my diaper-time as well. Not sure you'd want to try this at work with all your co-workers (and btw, dude-- I dunno what your job is, but "gang showers" is one blunt image ), but feel free to try it in your shower at home. It may help you break away from the "toilet only" mode of thinking. Good luck, Vinyl. Link to comment
MessyBabyWill
LOL, wetvinyl. i never thought of it that way but you're right, it does conjure up lewd images. i'm an electrician in a steel mill so they have lockers and shower rooms for us, it can be dirty at times. gang showers are the type where there's no indivudual stalls just a tiled room w/ 10 or so shower heads. kind of like most of us used in high school after gym.
