New ritual during Spouse diaper change

Over the past few weeks my wife has added a new routine to my diaper change.  She nbow after changing my diaper and cleans me up.  She gives me a few spanks on my bottom.  Not a spank for pain.  Then she paces a paci aor bottle in my mouth during the remainder part of the change.  

 

Anone else have this happen.
