From neighbor to baby (private with Bobby Drago)

Sam just shrugged and trying to change the subject said “what did you say about free pizza”

"Ah I was pumping that guy up by laying it on thick on you. Then I would go full Karen on him after you apologized with the whole how dare you treat customers like this speal, end result free pizza." James says

Sam nods distractedly then looks back out the window “are we going home now please”

[BobbyDrago]

"We were going to get lunch do you not want it now bud?" James ask calmly pulling into the other pizza place.

Sam thought for just a second then he absentmindedly taped his finger against his lip… “I mean I could eat”. He said with a half shrug

[BobbyDrago]

James snorted "you mean it was just an excuse to leave the house without telling me." He shakes his head ruefully "so two cheese slices and a coke?"

A spasm of joy overtook Sam and he kicked his legs with glee “yes please” he kicked his legs in excitement

"Alright bud wait here il be right back." He says and jogs into the pizza place.

Sams hums excitedly fidgeting in his booster seat the fact that his feet now can’t touch the floor is odd. in his anxious excited state he starts fidgeting with his shoes sliding them on and off his dangling feet a slamming car door makes him jump and loose a shoe “crap” he thinks trying to decide if he has time to unbuckle

A moment later the door opens and I bring in a hot plate with your prices of pizza over to you. "What's going on here? You seem to have lost a shoe bud." James remarks as he hands you your plate.

Sam shrugged trying to act casually “I get fidgety sometimes” he made grabby hands for the pizza

"Note to self pick up some car toys, and some better footwear." He says before handing you a plate. "Wait really your shoes are risers well looks like you need some reassurance about height too hmm."

Sam didn’t know how to Respond he just shrugged “I like my shoes can you just hand it back to me, I’ll put it back then eat

"Nope your not going to be wearing shoes for a few days call it confidence training" James remarked as he pulled off the other shoe with ease. "Also these should be replaced I do believe."

Sam made grabby hands toward his shoes “nooooo I need those I like my shoes I always wear them please”

[BobbyDrago]

"Your ok buddy you don't need the shoes, no one important cares how tall you are." James says comfortingly patting Sam on the back.

Already planning to steal them back or get to another pair in his closet. He gave up for the minute “can I just have my lunch please” he felt frustrated 

[BobbyDrago]

"Buddy I handed it to you a bit ago. Man you really get worked up over these shoes huh." James states a bit concerned. Before digging into his own pepperoni slices.

“Oh ya!” Sam said momentarily distracted and excited. He took a big bite “yum this is yummy!”

"Glad you think so Buddy, this is my favorite pizza place." James smiles at you and continues to eat.

Sam nods and makes it through a whole peice of pizza”I’m full can I save this for later please” he asks holding out the second slice “I mean  gonna save this” he shook himself unsure why he was asking permission

"Bud you can take this entire vacation as a little kid if that's what you need I'm here for you" James reaches out taking your hand in his and giving it a squeeze.

Sam looks at you like you’re crazy “that’s not what I want though I’m a grownup your the one whose still a kid… technically anyway”

[BobbyDrago]

"You have been acting Like a little kid this whole trip." James flatly states, at your continued glare he sighs " Hey buddy you almost forgot your sprite need a drunk" he cheerfully presents you with your soda as a distraction.

Sam reach’s out the stops “oh ah I asked for coke please” he looks at James
