Is there an age and weight limit for the Power Pony?

The Power Pony has a do not exceed weight limit of 150 pounds and no limit on height. As to age, we don't have a published age limit for the Power Pony as we have kids of all ages including adults that act as kids riding the product. If they are old enough to reach the pedals, we leave the decision to the parents. Please remember that the Power Pony is intended for use only by persons who are, at a minimum, completely comfortable, and competent while operating the product.

Is it just me or does the company's answer hint at the fact they made it specifically for age players ?( Power Pony is intended for use only by persons who are, at a minimum, completely comfortable, and competent while operating the product.) I'm not going to point out the the key part that sticks out ??
